Fazoli's — Restaurant in Lansing

I apologize but ate all the food and it was delicious before I thought of writing this review, so I have no photographs of the spaghetti with meat sauce. But I want to emphasize is that I notice how hard working the server was for our cleaning our tables off delivering food. I have been coming to this place for years and this is the first time that I watch the young man, cleaning the tables, actually pull them away from the wall clean carefully go to the tables and slide and back, he did an excellent job and I am so impressed. I think Tim and I really appreciate his hard work here so this just added to my pleasure of dining here after many decades and really loving driving for 50 miles to get here this Fazoli’s is well worth the meal Specially, for the pride of us employees. I add crazy about Fazoli’s $6.99 lunch special..

My wife loves to order the pagetti with marinara sauce and noodles with Alfredo sauce with this sauce is on the side. I love to order two spaghetti’s with meatballs, which comes with Pat and they are delicious breadsticks.

A very minor mistake was made with the food, but our server and cashier Tay’iona quickly and cheerfully corrected. The problem which is just minor, but she wanted us happy. I really appreciate her attention to us and being so nice to us. We travel 50 miles to eat in Fazoli’s and it’s worth the trip. Every time I order food it is always delicious and I love the cooks in the back they do they do such a generous job with their skills Cooking and I appreciate the person who goes around cleaning off the tables and keeping this place back in span you cannot go wrong eating at Fazoli’s specially at the Lansing site.

Salome Greeted us at the counter, taking order and being a gracious host as we’ve returned after coming here for decades to enjoy this Italian cuisine. She was also a wonderful waitress, not only served the food at our table was able to take fresh Parmesan and cheese over our spaghetti pasta noodles, which just added such a great flavor to our meal. The proportions of spaghetti marinara sauce the unbelievably delicious breadsticks made this trip so worthwhile even though it’s only 50 miles away from us. It is so worthy. The manager here is one of the best in the business and the othercooks behind the scenes and the other staff members are just as well treat and delight for you to enjoy. Came in for dinner on Saturday and it was nothing but disappointing. Ordered the turkey club with no lettuce, tomato, or onion. Sandwich was made correctly but it was made extremely sloppy. Looked like the little bit of stuff they put on the sandwich was just tossed on. Decided I wasnt spending nearly $8 on whatever that was supposed to be. Took it back up and told them I wasnt interested in that mess. Response from the lady in the kitchen was to yell about how it was made correctly and then sigh loudly about making a new sandwich I didnt want. Sat down for a moment to decide what I wanted instead, returned to the counter and had what I assume was the manager yell at her employees to take care of it. At that point just decided on a refund. Same manager decided to follow me back to my table and tell me how she would make whatever I wanted herself, then got offended that I just wanted my money back. Not sure what the need for being rude is all about. Furthermore I dont really care to be followed back to my table, just give me my money back and let that be the end of it. Wouldnt know if the food is good or not but one other person in my party threw half of thiers in the garbage so I'm guessing...
