So, I have been going to this McDonald's forever. I lived in the neighborhood directly across cedar, and it was almost a straight shot to walk there. Plus, before I was born my father worked here. I remember when you could smoke inside the restaurant, and they had a great play place, it was redone to have a ball pit and tunnel slides... I liked the old one better... I was sad that they tore it out to make room for??? I think landscaping???? Terrible... But what really gets me is the service. These managers are either incompetent or not allowed to do the right thing or calling me a liar.... I vote for incompetent... I went through the drive-thru a week ago and I ordered a big Mac extra onions and sauce meal with a large fresh fry and Dr pepper... I got a Mac w/o onions and little bit of sauce, stale fries, the drink was correct. I also didn't get a receipt. I drove away, thinking nothing of it. Then saw my food and called at my first opportunity. The manager I spoke with was incredibly rude. She was basically calling me a liar and refused to fix their mistakes. I didn't have a receipt so I wasn't even a customer in her mind set. I called again, a couple days later and on a different shift. The manager I spoke to was very kind and thoughtful and willing to correct the other managers screw up, in other words she did her job. She told me that she put my name in the book, and to come into the lobby to get a replacement meal. Neat! As my drink was fine, but I was going to get another one, win! (Read sarcasm) Today I went in, they were really busy, but it didn't phase me.. I saw a couple I knew, said hello, and then told the cashier when it was my turn, that my name was in the book... She had the book right there, and didn't find my name... Great! The manager was right there and she looked, and also said she couldn't find it!!! I tried to explain the situation, but she cut me off and she told me that unless I had a receipt, knew the name of the other manager, or my name in the book I was SOL.... I was embarrassed, and pissed... I left, vowing to get this settled ASAP... I called the 1-800 number and I don't know what they're going to do, but I am hoping that they fix the issue. I will be telling them that their Google reviews are poorly and they need to do something about the morning manager and their organization. I have plenty of tips for them......
Read moreI’m not exactly sure how to even start this. So let’s go ahead and try. So today I come in try to order a happy meal with no apples. Add extra fries. And a strawberry milkshake. So what happens is I get charged extra for extra fries. Did not get the apples. And they try to hand me a vanilla shake. I said I don’t want vanilla. They offered me a chocolate. I said I ordered a strawberry. They said sorry the strawberries is not working right now. OK no problem. They want to issue me a refund. I don’t want a refund. Can’t you just put on the list and I can come back some other time and get one. Well, apparently that is not the case with this location. Every other location on the planet will do that, but this one apparently is run by morons. She argues with me of for a few minutes about it. The confused girl with the shaped head with a little bit of hair in the front. And then she says just pull up there. The manager knows how to fix it. He’ll just bring you out one. so he brings me out a vanilla shake with what appears to be the strawberry topping for their ice cream kind of mixed in it throughout it it is bright red clearly not a strawberry shake. All I asked for was just getting what I paid for on a different date. How hard is that to comprehend? I guess I should’ve just gotten the refund like the thing suggested. Don’t go to this location because you will not be satisfied with the service, the food, the atmosphere the attitude that you get from the employees. And if the managers are this bad, I see now why the regular employees are just as terrible. Nobody there cares about the location. As an owner, maybe you should step up and do something about it. Maybe go work in that location for a month to try to get it worked out fire. The bad runs. Make sure the other ones are doing their job properly. It’s really not rocket Science to slap a happy...
Read moreDrive-Through Mess-Up’s: First time (in last 3/4 months) they FORGOT to include the burger in my grandchild’s meal!! They tell me “yes, we have it! When you come back, you can ask for another one” and make sure you have your receipt! Since I don’t care much for their service or food, I don’t visit often unless with my grands…by the time I return, I’ve thrown out the receipt! So, no replacement for already pd for burger! Next time (1/15/25)after 4:pm, with another grand after choir practice…we stop before taking her home! We ordered fries, frappes and 2 meals for 2 other kids..they hand me the bag of food while I ask is everything in there. They say “yeah, pull up and we’ll bring the frappes out to you”. We waited for 2 frappes for about 8 minutes…when the Manager brings them out, I ask where the meal drinks are..she (Manager) was only asked to bring out the frappes! But she’ll be right back with the other drinks…another over 10 minutes later, I go in since there isn’t anyone else in line inside! Someone is sweeping behind the counter, otherwise you can’t see anyone around! Young man doesn’t come to the counter to help but the Manager hears me ask for my drinks…she says that they had to wait for the auto drink machine to disperse all the other drinks from other orders BEFORE having it make 2 more drinks!!! I asked why someone wouldn’t come around to the drink machine in front to make them!! She said they don’t do that!!! And she calls herself a “Manager”! SMH Shame on her! Customer...
