McDonald's — Restaurant in Lansing

This is the closest Mcdonald’s to my house so i go here frequently. There was an incident where i had bought a large fries and I found a hair in it. I went up to the counter and told an employee named Ayla and she said, “ Uhmm, What you want me to do about it ?” And then we kind of got into an argument. Also, another incident where an employee named Cynthia was making me Ice Cream and then put her headset on top of the ice cream machine right near the open slot where to put milk in the ice cream in. Then all of a sudden the headset with all her earwax in it fell in. That was majorly disgusting. Then there was another incident two weeks when I was looking at an employee talking to someone and she looked at me and said “What you looking at?” Like do you know how disrespectful that was. Then another incident happened 3 days ago where I came to buy 2 frappes and a cheeseburger and I was 2 cents short and I was with my friends and they didn’t have 2 cents and I told one of my friends to ask for 2 cents from someone and then an employee named Melissa said, “If you’re gonna beg my customers for money, You can leave.” Like what the heck that doesn’t make sense to the customers to be so rude like that. Slow and incompetent summarizes my visit. I waited for over 9 Minutes in line for a bacon McDouble. In fact, I didn't start keeping track of the time until several minutes had elapsed and the line hadn't moved. So I started watching my phone. When I finally was able to get up to the window, the employee took my credit card without saying a word and then sat there and spoke with her coworkers about what, I have no idea. After a couple of minutes, I noticed that they were able to prepare the order for the employee who was waiting to leave with food.

It became apparent they were having some sort of system issue so I tried to her her attention. When she responded, I stated that if I had to wait much longer, I would prefer to leave. She handed me in my card and said thank you. That was it. No explanation nothing. Will never go...

The manager at this McDonald's is an ARSE, he was rude and gave me attitude when I asked for a McGriddle with no egg, just sausage and cheese, then proceeded to tell me he had to charge me for the cheese because it didn't come with the McGriddle. Then if he wasn't rude enough he began to be snarky, by saying happy Memorial day and stated he had fallen soldier friends and I should show more respect, seriously confused, and he did this all in front of an employee he was training. I have respect for all soldiers, but this guy is nothing but a punk, who needs an attitude adjustment, and Etiquette on how to behave and train new employees.
