Came in to use the restroom and get a snack before heading to our hotel. Used the restroom, took 10 minutes on the kiosk ordering, and it didn't give me a receipt. No worker was visible or spoke to us the whole time. My husband leaned over the counter to call for a worker, no answer. They are all around the corner laughing like they are being tickled. My husband then taps in the counter to attract some attention, no response. He walks around the back of the counter to ask if they received our order just to be sure. He sees all the employees sitting on the counters talking and carrying on. The "manager" waved his finger at him to tell him to get to the other side of the counter, so not responding to my husband's inquiry if they got our order. "Manager" does it again to signify that he's on the wrong side of the counter. My husband asks if he can please let us know if they received the order. The "manager" holds his hands up and says... "you can stand right here and look at the screen and see your order. " He really made us feel stupid. He asked if we would do that at Chick-fil-A... (đ¤ probably not because they are always asking their customers if they need any help) Honestly though, we don't go to Chick-fil-A but maybe once every couple years.
Once we got our order, the girl says, "we don't have the coffee you wanted." We had a big order. $40 worth. After thinking about everything while they prepared the food, we told her we just wanted our money back. She said we should have told tgem that before they made all of the food. đ¤Śââď¸
These people are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Read moreThe staff will bankrupt this place. We ordered a number 5 at the drive through. She asked if we wanted a meal deal. When I replied yes, she informed us that they only had water available. I ordered a quarter pounder with no onions. She repeated the order incorrectly to me. I ordered the same thing again. She repeated it wrong again. I ordered it again and again she repeated it wrong. I raised my voice substantially and ordered it again. She then informed that she would not take any other orders from me. I told her that I would like to add another quarter pounder for $1 as advertised on the sign that was in front of me. She informed that I could not because the system was not set up. After realizing that they were not going to sell me any food, I drove to the first window and nobody was there. I drove to the second window and a gentleman was sitting in the window sill with air pods in his ears. I called for him several times, but he never acknowledged me. I motion to another female employ that was eating at a dining table, but she would not acknowledge me either. Save your time and drive by this place. This event occurred on...
Read moreThe drive-thru order experience was awful. What we WANTED to order: 2 fish sandwiches, 2 large sweet teas (one with no ice), 1 small orange juice and 1 fruit and yogurt parfait. We had to repeat everything at least twice, clarify that we wanted âsweetâ tea after asking for exactly that, was told they were out of orange juice and when we asked for the parfait we heard âwhat?!?â and gave up and decided we would just go over to Pilot to get the juice and yogurt. What we GOT: 2 fish MEALS (we only asked for sandwiches). My husband was so frustrated when we pulled up to the window to pay that he just paid for it (it cost us significantly more than it should have had we gotten what we actually ordered). When we got back in the road and opened the bag, the sandwiches were in âcrispy chicken sandwichâ boxes but were actually fish (which we had ordered). We will NEVER stop here again on...
