Taco Bell — Restaurant in LaPlace

My wife and I ate at this location last night, and witnessed a very unprofessional confrontation between the store manager and a customer. The customer purchased a large order, and was only given three packets of sauce for his entire order. He asked for more at the window, but was refused. On refusal, he decided to come into the location itself to get more packets from inside. As he entered, the manager came out and removed all of the sauce packet containers accessible to customers. She then began to argue very loudly with the customer, saying that "Everyone only gets one packet, I was nice enough to give you three." The customer demanded their franchise information, and questioned the manager's work ethic. Not once did the customer raise his voice against the manager. The manager then called the police on the customer, forcing him to leave. This customer did no wrong, and the entire situation was extremely embarrassing. This type of harassment should not be tolerated from Taco Bell's staff towards a client who was just trying to receive the condiments he needed to go...

I have had numerous problems here , they can't get a simple order right . Just try and complain to their SO CALLED MANAGEMENT which is Pathetic and should not be allowed to deal with the public much less be a manager . What a joke. I have had atleast 4 trips maybe 5 where I ordered the shredded mini quesadillas and when i got to work/ home there was NO CHICKEN IN IT . I called the So called manager after the 4th time and she asked me to come In when i got off and she would remake my order . I went there and this no Good POS WOULDN'T COME TO THE COUNTER . Which is very sad, terrible business and pathetic employees here. They act like they can do what they want to people and get away with it. I will blast this sorry excuse for fast food until they change their PATHETIC MANAGEMENT. DON'T LIKE IT. THEN GET RID OF THOSE NO GOOD EMPLOYEES THAT YOU EMPLOY. I'LL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER...

Just got finished working a 15 hr day out of town and said man taco bell sure sounds good.. we pulled in the loby was empty so i figured quick service and a nice peaceful meal..... wrong... we ordered and it took 21 mins to get our order. Wile wating the staff sounded like they were having fight club behind the counter there was actually an altercation between two employee's in the lobby.. us and the other 3 customers now waiting almost a half hour were not having close to the fun as the staff that were still carrying on.... then we got our food.... i asked for hot sauce because the lobby was not stocked..... the employee replyed.. sorry we have no hot sauce....... startled i asked to hear that again... surely i misunderstood them.. nope.. taco bell.. no hot sauce.... then to my drink... every... single fountain drink was nothing but...
