Over a week ago, on a Wednesday, I stopped in to see if they carried the dairy free cheese and would accommodate my dairy allergy. They gladly agreed to make my pizza in the back, in a clean area, using fresh ingredients that hadn't been cross-contaminated on the line with cheese. I paid and started to wait when bad news came from the back-- they were out of their dairy free cheese. It was due to be on the truck on Thurs. or Fri. so they took my name and number down, told me to keep my receipt and stop by the next day. I tried to call on Thursday but couldn't get through so I just stopped in and the truck had still not come. I stopped by again on Friday, no sign, so a kind girl took my number and told me they would call me when it came in. A week has passed now without a phone call, so I decided to stop by tonight (another Thursday). Lo and behold, the truck has come with the dairy free cheese but the manager refuses to allow his staff to accommodate my dairy allergy. Rather than storing the dairy free cheese in a safe manner so it would not be contaminated, they refused to take into consideration food allergies at all. After holding onto my money FOR OVER A WEEK, the manager refused to make my pizza. It had been so long his system couldn't even refund my card and he had to refund me in cash. It is incredibly disappointing to offer something dairy free and then have such disregard for safety and food allergies. It is no wonder their dairy free cheese is going to waste. I guarantee, with the way that bovine cheese was draped over everything and in other containers that every "dairy free" pizza they make contains bovine dairy and...
Read moreI ordered online because that’s what I’m always asked when I enter versus hello. The pizza wasn’t ready because they were closing up and cleaning the makelines. I ordered the pizza 33 minutes before they close, so no excuses as to Why it wasn’t prepared yet.Nobody was in uniform, the dessert side that was ordered online and showed available was not prepared because they were “out.” They could’ve made one quickly but chose to be lazy. I used to run some of the busiest PM stores in Wisconsin. If any of my staff treated gave any of our guests the experience that I’ve had at this location(this isn’t the first time I’ve left disappointed), they would be terminated. The fact that this store even exists is mainly because it’s situated next to a college campus. The service I’ve experienced at this location is laughable at best. I really love the product! But whoever the franchise owner of this location is, should know what is happening and how their staff is treating customers. The girl at the register absolutely should be unemployed. Big nose piercing and glasses should make it easy to narrow that down. I hope that the owner is able to find some quality staff to improve this...

They were out of cookie dough, which we totally understood, they said they’d be willing to offer us a different desert, which we declined (we didn’t want the cinnamon bread.) We asked for a refund, as we placed the order online. She simply said “sure” and walked away and didn’t come back. So we went inside the store and asked for a copy of a refund receipt. She grabbed another girl named Riley from the back, she immediately said she couldn’t help us and couldn't provide a receipt of any kind, not only was she incredibly unhelpful, but she kept cutting my girlfriend off several times and being super dismissive and rude.
So we left with the intention of coming back the next day to speak with the manager and get the whole refund thing sorted out, at this point we weren’t really worried about the refund, we were more upset with how we were treated.
Now for the kicker. We leave the store and get home, and our order was messed up. They incorrectly made the Chicken Bacon Artichoke. It has 4 ingredients so it’s not that difficult.
We are both servers and deal with customer service daily, we treated them both with respect, and didn’t get...
