Due to their high star rating, I went to this place to place an order to take home, but it was a big mistake. It wasn't that busy. I thought I'd be in and out in no time. There were about 3 tables with customers at various points of their dining experience.

My take out order took about an hour to finally be delivered to my table. While I was waiting, another lady had arrived after calling in her order. She still had to wait about 30 minutes. She wasn't very pleased.

I confirmed my order with the cashier and paid using a credit card. Expect a 3% service fee and the option to leave a tip.

Upon arriving home we took out our food and sauces from the bags. The charro beans and salsa sauce containers were very well wrapped in saran wrap to avoid spilling.

Unfortunately, Carnitas Tapatio got our entire order wrong. The wrong fillings were in our tiny-sized tacos. Worse, the flavor of the fillings, salsas and charro beans were lacking. Sadly, the flavor was bland to a light Tex-Mex style of a flavor. With an approximate $35 price tag paid for a meal for 2 people, I recommend you just buy your own ingredients and cook at home.

Debido a su alta calificación de estrellas, fui a este lugar para hacer un pedido para llevar a casa, pero fue un gran error. No estaba tan ocupado. Pensé que estaría dentro y fuera en poco tiempo. Había alrededor de 3 mesas con clientes en varios puntos de su experiencia gastronómica.

Mi pedido para llevar tardó aproximadamente una hora en ser finalmente entregado en mi mesa. Mientras esperaba, había llegado otra señora después de llamar para hacer su pedido. Todavía tenía que esperar unos 30 minutos. Ella no estaba muy contenta.

Confirmé mi pedido con el cajero y pagué con tarjeta de crédito. Espere una tarifa de servicio del 3% y la opción de dejar una propina.

Al llegar a casa sacamos nuestra comida y salsas de las bolsas. Los recipientes de frijoles charros y salsa estaban muy bien envueltos en papel film para evitar derrames.

Desafortunadamente, Carnitas Tapatio se equivocó en todo nuestro pedido. Los rellenos incorrectos estaban en nuestros tacos pequeños. Peor aún, faltaba el sabor de los rellenos, salsas y frijoles charros. Lamentablemente, el sabor era suave para un sabor ligero de estilo Tex-Mex. Con un precio aproximado de $35 dolares pagado por una comida para 2 personas, le recomiendo que compre sus propios ingredientes y cocine en casa.

Came in to place my order and to my surprise, I got charged a fee of 4% for using my card, I noticed it after they charged me without telling me, cashier then pointed to a torn up and worn out paper and explained that there is a charge.

After receiving my order to go, I noticed that I was given a kids meal, but instead was told that it was what I had ordered.. Food was so below average, that I technically wasted almost 30 dollars on 3 kid meals.

I will never come back here again, no wonder the place was so empty and the staff looked sad.

The food was not that great for my taste, and the service was even a lot worse. The server just dropped off the food, and never came back to check we needed anything else everyone was in the front to at least call them to ask for something. Spoke to the owner or manager there, and she did apologize, but said nothing about addressing the problem, or the server. First and last time I will go to that place. Unfortunately this post will probably do nothing to improve their service, because I get the feeling they dont care about customer complaints. However I do want to warn everyone else of what to expect if and when you do...
