Enchiladas Suizas Plate at Hacienda Arandas
I recently had the pleasure of trying the Enchiladas Suizas at Hacienda Arandas, and they did not disappoint! This classic dish was served beautifully on a plate with three enchiladas generously covered in a rich, tangy green tomatillo sauce and topped with melted cheese. The tortillas were perfectly soft yet held their texture well, and the shredded chicken was tender and flavorful.
Accompanying the enchiladas was a side of fluffy Mexican rice and creamy refried beans, both of which complemented the dish well. The small salad with fresh lettuce and a slice of tomato added a refreshing contrast to the richness of the enchiladas.
The portion size was just right—filling without being overwhelming. The balance of flavors, from the zesty green sauce to the gooey cheese, made each bite a delight. The dish was well-prepared, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh.
Final Verdict:
A must-try if you love authentic Mexican comfort food! The flavors were spot-on, the service was great, and the overall experience was enjoyable. If you're craving delicious Enchiladas Suizas, Hacienda Arandas is a solid choice.
La Princesa Licuado from Hacienda Arandas
If you're looking for a refreshing and creamy licuado that perfectly balances tropical flavors, La Princesa from Hacienda Arandas is a fantastic choice. This delightful smoothie, made with pineapple, strawberry, and mango blended with milk, delivers a smooth, fruity experience that feels both indulgent and nutritious.
Flavor & Texture
From the first sip, La Princesa hits you with the tangy sweetness of pineapple, followed by the mellow richness of mango and the subtle tartness of strawberries. The combination creates a tropical fusion that is neither too sweet nor overpowering. The milk adds a creamy, velvety texture, making each sip feel like a luxurious treat rather than just a simple fruit blend.
Presentation & Portion
The serving size is generous, making it well worth the price. Served in a tall, sturdy glass, the licuado looks thick and well-blended, with a slightly frothy top that hints at its freshness. You can see tiny fruit specks throughout, a testament to the natural ingredients used.
Overall Experience
Whether you're looking for a light breakfast, a post-workout refreshment, or simply a sweet, creamy delight to enjoy on a warm day, La Princesa does not disappoint. Its balance of flavors and smooth texture make it a standout choice among Hacienda Arandas' selection of specialty licuados.

Read moreSo after our Daughter Bridget’s Graduation we went to have lunch at Hacienda Arandas Traditional Mexican Food Shiloh. We had actually reserved a few tables since last month. We requested a 3 item Menu to simplify our ordering. I had printed out the limited menu on just regular copy paper too. When we got there, the tables had already been set-up. They took the Liberty to Professionaly print out the Menu themselves to replicate their Menu which gave an excellent presentation. As always, our guests arrived sporadically and “Fashionably Late” as always. Our server Diana maintained an extremely cordial and polite demeanor regardless. After an hour or so all our guests arrived and she proceeded to take our order. She promptly took our order and ran it through their point of sale so the kitchen can prepare it. It was a total of 15 entree’s and to my surprise they had those plates at our table within 15 minutes. Everyone had ordered different items from the limited menu, and those plates were very well served. They did not skimp out on their serving portions. The food was fresh, great tasting and were exceptionally in presentation. I would Strongly recommend and are definitely continue to give them our business. Thank you for making my Daughter’s memorable day a success with providing us excellent service and phenomenal...
