Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Laredo

Was waiting for my brother to drop some cars to my adress and would be nice to cut time on asking for delivery. Sadly, they do not deliver to my home which is only .3 to .5 miles away. No idea on the logic of it and have ordered there before for a similar delema. Hope no one has these problems in the future.

Update. if you order through moblie, if it says complete might want to call them first to make sure its ready.

Update 8-8-2020 Order showed complete through mobile app, and still not complete. Waiting for 20 mins after being told 5mins.

Update 1-20-2022 Supposedly the delivery have no problems, sad to say there was. The app said my order was delivered and completed. I did not hear my door bell ring so i figured left on the door. Went outside, no order. The app even showed the drivers location being on another street. Could not believe what i was seeing, made a phone call to the store and was hung up. So now it escalated, had to drive to the store for my order. When i arrived, my wife called me saying it arrived. So moral of the story is, careful with this store. Feel like they play practical jokes with customers. Now eating a cold pizza.

Update 2-26-2022 Ya, not much to say really. The best time for them to really shine, but turns out if your on the list of people to give bad service to. That basicly is it, if even the district manager could not help. Nothing will. Kept my expectations low being working in the same industry too for 6 years. But not once did I ever gave bad service to anyone even if given poor treatment by my managers. I guess if you want something done right, it has to be the mirror image of yourself to take care of you. Mainly, not everyone will be the same. And so, I will lower the bar of services for you down to the rate most comfortable. Frozen pizza, and if your lucky, fresh from HEB if its in good price. Good luck everyone, start learning how to use an oven.

Update 2-11-2024

Guess who back, and i did not wanted to order. But against my better judgment, the group decided i was only playing around. Guess what, got back an hour later. Serves my group right. Anyways so left to pick up when the timer said done. Only one pizza was completed. And after being told they will bring me the order at the front without leaving the car. After waiting 40 mins, i decided to get off my car. Turns out i was forgoten. Nice, New building, Same Problems, Dominos. Back to a cold pizza again.

Update 3-8-2024

Hi again. Seems my group just wont believe me. Order was completed and ended up missing. Now waiting another 30 mins over the 30 mins. At least this time it will be warm instead of cold.

Well order not ready, waiting inside instead of drive up window for pick up....

Possibly the worst experience. Ordered pizza and they took nearly an hour and a half to bring us the WRONG order. Then took another hour of fumbling themselves over on the phone to not offer us any type of deal or discount, nor even apologize for their mistake. We didn't call to get free pizza, we wanted our order, but after the clear run-around they were giving us, we at LEAST expected some type of discount or throw in items for free. Had to contact their customer support line. Whomever we spoke to over the phone was useless and one of the most unprofessional people in any business we've ever encountered. The business should be hiring MORE people if they don't have enough drivers...

We recently placed an order at this location which included a pizza with no cheese. We've ordered cheeseless pizza in the past with no issues. However, this time it was delivered with cheese. When I called to let them know they were willing to make another one, but I was also told I would have to pick it up myself or pay for the delivery fees again. I found it unreasonable that I would have to pay for a mistake on their part, and when I brought this up was informed there was nothing they could do. The attitude didn't help either.

We ended up not taking the offer. Dominos should revise their rules so that incidents like this do not...
