Visited this location for the first time on 09/21/18 at 3:07 p.m. via the drive-thru. I have no complaint about the wait time nor the food I was served. What troubles me is that when I paid for my order at the window, I presented my debit card immediately. Normally, at most establishments, the order is processed and the debit card returned to the customer immediately. I noticed this time that didn't happen. I waited for my order to be completed; the employee (female) handed my order through the window and stated "here's your order, thank you." If I hadn't been on guard already, I might have just driven away without my debit card. I informed her she hadn't returned my debit card, to which she replied "oh, hold on a minute," then she moved slightly right of the window (out of view), then produced my debit card and the receipt. I am not sure this was accidental, or an attempt to keep my debit card. However it does raise an automatic red flag for me; I haven't had this happen in hundreds of transactions over many years here in Laredo. I'm not making any accusation, but am only giving a two star rating to this location and a general warning to all customers (at all businesses) to be very careful with your...
Read moreOrdered half chicken, expecting a nice plump chicken sliced in half. What was on the plate were a small wing, small breast, small thigh and a small chicken leg. The chicken definitely does not have your typical plump chicken look. It was more boney in appearance. The fat was yellowish versus white. I ordered two sides Mac and fries. They were wrapped in aluminum foil. The tortillas turned hard as soon as exposed to ambient air. Drinks are not included as part of the combo. They must be ordered separately. The price for the food and drink were a little over $18. I will definitely...
