Havana Sports Bar — Restaurant in Laredo

It's a playoff game, Cowboys v Bucs. You would think that they would be prepared for a large crowd. It's been over an hour and a half since we ordered our food–nothing yet! I don't think they even placed our order. We have already told several people regarding our food order but been getting the, "there is only one person working the kitchen". However, other tables around us who arrived later than us have gotten their food. This is totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. For a group of employees that depend on a tip share certainly don't have any incentive to work harder! Never again will come to this place.

Replying to owner's response: it was never corrected though because even after two hours we still didn't receive any food! Plus we were told by the server that the reason for the slow food service was that there was only one cook. With excuse after excuse on why we hadn't received our food order, we sat by watching other people's food orders come out. And as far as that employee that stacked tickets, it was told to us that our food was mistakenly handed to someone else. And before leaving we asked that "server" that we were the table that was complaining, he literally told us that he was taking care of his family's order. Horrible service, bartenders did not even acknowledge me when i tried to order drinks even when i was waving them down and getting they’re attention and they saw and made eye contact with me. However still did not attend to me. Waited a long time, finally i just asked for my tab which i was handed somebody else's tab, had to wave them down for along time again and receive my right tab and left. I’ve had better service at a club downtown while packed.🤣 never going back to this...
