IN N OUT Groceries. — Local services in Laredo

We learned of this place from their Facebook ad. It turned out to be a gem away from the normal places located near busy intersections or at a plaza. The store was a great looking family run store in a local neighborhood, but it had plenty of variety, foods, snacks, items and services.

We went there specifically for the chicharrones, but ended up finding they had carnitas, menudo, meats and a whole lot of other goodies for sale. We brought home some of those items too. FYI: if your local go to menudo place runs out of menudo early in the morning, call and check here, they may still have a few containers left after 2 pm on the weekends.

They sell soft drinks, certain beer, juices and drinks from Mexico and plenty of other items, so you don't have to cross the border. Their sign even indicates they offer Notary Services. There's a portable trailer on site that sells raspas and other snacks. There are picnic tables on site, so you can sit down and rest while you enjoy your meal or snack.

Cash or credit cards are accepted. The butcher and cashier were very, very people friendly!!

Nos enteramos de este lugar por su anuncio de Facebook. Resultó ser una joya, lejos de los lugares típicos, ubicados cerca de intersecciones concurridas o en una plaza. El local era un negocio familiar con muy buena pinta en un barrio local, pero tenía mucha variedad de comida, botanas, artículos y servicios.

Fuimos allí específicamente por los chicharrones, pero al final vimos que vendían carnitas, menudo, carnes y muchas otras delicias. También trajimos algunas de esas cosas a casa. Para su información: si su restaurante local de menudo se queda sin menudo temprano en la mañana, llame y consulte aquí; es posible que aún queden algunos contenedores después de las 2 p. m. los fines de semana.

Venden refrescos, algunas cervezas, jugos y bebidas de México y muchos otros artículos, así que no tiene que cruzar la frontera. Su letrero incluso indica que ofrecen servicios de notario. Hay un remolque portátil en el lugar que vende raspas y otras botanas. Hay unas mesas de picnic en el lugar, así que puedes sentarte y descansar mientras disfrutas de tu comida, aperitivos y/o bebidas.

Se acepta efectivo y tarjetas de crédito. ¡El carnicero y la cajera fueron muy amables!
