McDonald's — Restaurant in Laredo

I normally tend to run to this McDonald's when I'm in the mood to get take-out. Lately, the ppl who take your order through the drive-in have been having an attitude. I attended through the drive-in. Girl comes on speaker ask what I wanted to order, than leaves me hanging and takes the order of the vehicle next to me, when she was already taking my order and it was my turn to be serviced. On top of that, the second time, she came back to take my order and didn't take my order correctly. Drive up to the window after noticing that my order wasn't taken down correctly and bring it up to the girl. Her reply was, "I didn't take your order!" On top of that, says it with an attitude. Even if she hadn't taken my order, their could have been an apology and then have my order coorected. Instead, no sorry just, "So what did you order!" I don't think I will be attending this McDonald's again. Not because of this situation, but we have had others. Food is great, but their manners and attitude are not. Who knows in the future. If it changes, I will be willing to change my review.

7/3/24 I decided to go back and give this place a try. Drive thru sucks! Placed my order, and this time, it was way less than the first time. I got my meal and drink, but I had also asked for a smoothie and extra Mac Sauce. Was told to park at the front for my smoothie & the Mac Sauce as they had forgotten to give it to me. Eight cars parked in the front beside me and left before me. I had to wave a worker down and asked what had happened. He went to check and still took another 8 minutes or so. By the time I go home, my meal wasn't warm anymore, and I leave no more than 5 minutes away. It's ridiculous 😔😏👎. I'm not complaining of my meal nor smoothie because they taste great. If I could give zero stars I would!! I ordered 10 piece nugget combo and told the manager I wanted them fresh. I got home and they were cold. The burgers and fries were hot so I really doubt if my nuggets were freshly made they would have arrived cold. I called the manager (Marisol) and she told me to take them back. I told her if I would go back I would want my whole combo fresh! She told me to take her everything if I wanted everything fresh. My family normally share fries so I had to take the fries from my kids to return them. I decided to just get a refund. When I arrived back at McDonalds the line was super long. It took me about 30 min to get to the window and when I got there the cashier told me that people all day have been returning nuggets but that we were wrong and that the nuggets weren’t cold! I guess she was calling me a liar. I wouldn’t have gone back if my nuggets were freshly made. It was 12 midnight! When I asked for my refund the manager didn’t even show her face or even apologized for the order. She was pretty rude on the phone but she didn’t show her face!! McDonald's on Saunders is the worst EVER!!!! First off do not ask them to customize your order because they don't do that. The wait in line just for them to take your order is 45 minutes to an hour that's not counting the time you have to wait to get your food. The same thing goes for McDonald's on San Bernardo. This has always been the case and that's why I stopped going to either one but tonight I was with my daughter and grandkids on our way home from a long day at work so I said well maybe the service has changed but nope nothing has changed, still the same horrible service. We waited 35min in line then we just saw the car in front leave so it was our turn and we did the same. Seeing that the parking lot was full of all the vehicles that had gone before us still waiting for their food. People I live very close by and I rather drive all the way to the one on Del Mar and San Dario they have the Best Service in Laredo. They always get my order right and made just the way I like it. Very friendly and fast customer service. I can tell right away who actually loves and take their job seriously.
