Orlando's Snack — Restaurant in Laredo

My husband ordered a chicharrón preparado, 5 minutes later the employees open the order window and asks if he wanted to try their “new beans” which come spread on the chicharrón..before receiving his order. She gave him a spoon full of refried beans to try..THAT SHTT WAS EXPIRED! he spit them out and said, “nahh those are spoiled let me get my money back”. Without hesitation he was given his money back incomplete as if they knew what they were giving him was spoiled. No apologies just a bad taste in his mouth. NEVER GOING...

I'm not happy at all with this location I order a Frito pie I ask the lady to give it in the bag and she says to me that she can't because they don't have bags then she comes out with this plate of wiwhere you could count the Fritos and I ask what is this she says is the Frito pie is two bags of Fritos then I told her doindt you just said you don't have the bags she just turn around and left I always go there and buy Frito pies and lemonade is nit my first time visiting Orlando's snacks but today they just did a...

They need to-go packaging. Who that this was a good idea to have a drive-thru focused business and not package the food item in to-go containers. It's ridiculous. No wonder they closed down most of their locations. Next time do things the right way not the whatever way. If you're worried about the experience then just package everything as if it was to-go. It's always a hassle to get anything from there. So much so, that we'd just skip the place all together or just get one thing each....
