Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Laredo

I only ordered a drink, but I was hungry. I was actually looking to order a salad, but the only salad on the menu was a side salad.

I know people will say what are you doing ordering a salad at Pizza Hut. Regardless, I thought they would have more options than a side salad. The waitress also told me they had no cheese for the salad. When I looked at the salad one of my friends received, I'm glad I did not spend $5 on it. It was merely a small portion of iceberg lettuce along with a cherry tomato.

Back to my drink, I wanted a diet soda, I was told all they had was Dr pepper. They were out of all other sodas. So this Pizza Hut was apparently experiencing a cheese and soda shortage.

The waitress did not come to our table more than twice even though we were there for about an hour and a half and not once was I offered a refill. She was also nowhere to be found for me to flag her down. The place was empty and the only other people in the restaurant were Mom and two kids.

My friends pizza did look good and they seemed to enjoy it. It took a little longer than normal to arrive but nothing too outrageous.

This particular location seems destined to close down since this was in the middle of lunch hour on a weekday.

Also, I did notice an employee sleeping in one of the booths with her head flat on a table. I don't think that's too sanitary. But...

The pizza hut on the Santa Ursula location has given me a lot of problems. When I placed an order on my app for delivery, they had a doordash delivery person go for my food and it was never delivered. Pizza hut couldn't give me my money back because it was out of their hands. That it was door dash responsibility. Apparently they started working with door dash for deliveries. Then another time, the pan pizza that I ordered looked like it had no cheese at all. I was very disappointed with my order that I had to take it back and ask to make me another one. And I'm not one to complain about the food. But it was disappointing. Again this was the Pizza Hut on Santa Ursula st. I'm hoping the other...

Terrible service. I got the the wrong recipt i go and tell them and they have no idea why. Then say i didnt pay when clearly it was on my bank. Girl comes look for me outside talking to me rude that she is going to have to pay and to give her my info. I did and the manager calls me minutes later that she is going to get the police invovled. I told her until i dont see my refund i wont pay you "again". Called the next day to pay and im left on the phone for 20 minutes. I had to get up over three times to ask for a drink and still had me standing there for about 2 minutes waiting while the staff chit chated. Also forgot one of my order items and had to get up and ask for it....
