we came here for lunch bc it’s a good place to eat, but we tried the picadillo quesadilla and honestly the taste was bad, it even had dirt and we were honest and told them the picadillo wasn’t good. The ladies there were inconsiderate and just told us that they couldn’t change it bc it looked good, well obviously it does but the taste wasn’t, we almost threw up. The lady had the audacity to ask us “does it taste bad or you just didn’t like it?” Like really? Obviously if it taste bad, how am I supposed to like it? It didn’t make sense and the lady in the back just said no they couldn’t exchange it bc the food is good. Like Please taste your food next time. The ladies are rude and don’t know how to talk or treat a customer. I wish I would have spoken to a manager there but we just left because it was unbelievable the way that they handled the situation. horrible customer service. Clean, casual atmosphere, cozy setting... service was good but the food was bland and salsa(s) (roja or/and verde) was/were not spicy. My order was captured incorrectly but could be because I was wearing a face mask. If you are on a low sodium diet though, this might be the right place for you. The prices are high compared to similar places. 10 dollars for three of the lowest priced quesadillas. The good thing is that the tortillas used for the quesadillas seemed to be home made but again, not very flavorful. This is one of those places that has potential but as it stands, there are many other restaurants, food trucks, and taco places that offer more affordable and flavorful food...

Food is always good. When I tried to order for take out in English the lady who answered the phone (Irma) hung up without saying anything and declined the next two calls I tried to make. So I went in person and ordered in spanish and she had no problem doing that. When she gave me my food I then asked her in spanish what happened why did they hang up and refuse to answer.
