KFC — Restaurant in Laredo

Went to kfc and automatically the workers and manager were giving us attitude. They didn’t have most of the food available and we were okay with it but they continued to give us attitude and raised their tone. The worker went outside to give the car in front of us to give their food and she kept starting us down to the point we felt threatened and unsafe. You get horrible service here they always make you pull up because they never have anything ready. The wait time is ridiculous long that on my last visit I was there for 20 minutes because they kept getting something wrong or forgot to give me something. I ordered the large cups they gave me small, they argued with me for "cups" which was stupid so I finally asked for my receipt which they did not give me. Tried doing a survey online but the receipt they give you does not have the right information so...

unsatisfied customer! To begin with the cashier couldn’t take our order correct not to mention the service was horrible the wait time was over exaggerating, chicken was nasty, over cooked, & hard!!! Yuk, by far the worst place I have ever been to. After asking if dine in was open they said “yes” and still packed our food for take out. The most disgusting place ever!
