Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Laredo

Extremely bad service. Went to the location for the chicken sandwich and ordered three, two without pickles and one with pickles. After waiting for a while (16 minutes) we get our to-go order and head to the car. While we’re there we notice we only got two and go back inside, receipt in hand. We literally had to wait about 5-7 minutes to be noticed after waiting in the counter 7 (there wasn’t even a line indoors). When the cashier tells the person in the back how we were still missing one sandwich she gave us the dirtiest look and yelled out they needed another one. However, even after waiting an additional 7 minutes she goes to the manager and tells her something. They then proceed to ask us for the receipt. We give it to them and the cashier says it’s her fault cause she supposedly didn’t charge the three burgers. But in the receipt it said one sandwich for 3.54 and then another one with 7.08 but in parenthesis it said “no pickles.” We pointed that out to her and and then she gave the receipt to the manager and the other lady. They both argued and the manager went something like “oh no you see here, they did order three, I also get confused sometimes with special orders.” The other lady still gives us the dirtiest look and then they hand us the burger without even apologizing for the wait or for their error. They just hand it over after giving us the nastiest looks, all the meanwhile, and making us wait approximately 20-30 minutes. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and worst Popeyes location I’ve been to. They don’t care about...

Went to buy dinner for my husband and I. Ordered one sandwich spicy combo and one classic combo of sandwich. The classic order was undercooked. After first bite I realized it was chewy, I took a look in the middle of the chicken breast opening it and it was all pink and super chewy texture. Called to let them know and they just told me they could give me something else as long as I took my receipt. I don’t want anything else?! You almost gave me salmonella or God knows what, why would I want something else? I even showed the sand which to my dad who has been a chef over 20 years to see that it was raw and he agreed, showed my husband who loves their sandwiches and he saw how undercooked it was.Horrible service honestly never having this food chain ever again, and I loved it, it was barely my second time getting this sandwich so I knew how my order was suppose to look and taste like. Terrible service! Not just once, but all the time. The only reason I come here is because it's the closest Popeyes to my house. I hate having to go through drive thru because they still make you repeat your order at the window, which basically means they made you go through their horrible intercom thingy for nothing. There's always aditude coming from the cashiers when ordering. Seriously if you don't like your job then simply get another one. The manager needs to step up and give the employees basic customer service which makes me wonder if the manager IS...
