I would rate this place higher but I just had a bad experience there at this location. Long story short, I asked for breasts instead of wings in my 2 orders. They charged me the up charge for each breast that was replacing each wing. The cashier asked one of the cooks in front of me if she had changed the wings for breasts. She said yes. I got home, and was getting ready to eat when my daughter told me that she thought I didnt want wings. I checked the 2 boxes and sure enough, wings. They charged me about 7 dollars extra for nothing. I called the manager and let her know what happened. Took what was still in the boxes minus the 2 wing and a few other pieces that had already been eaten. I went over, gave the manager the box and told her that I just wanted the breasts that were missing and that they could remove the wings that were un the box. The manager takes it to the back and tells me "sir some of the pieces are missing". I told her "yes, I said that some pieces were missing because my family started eating before I checked the box, but I told you that on the phone." She said "oh" and I told her that I didnt want them to replace the whole thing just to give me the breasts I paid for and they could keep or throw away the wings in the boxes. I waited a few and she tells me in a cynical tone, "ok sir, I gave you fresh pieces even though you were missing some". I felt that tone was a little unnecessary, especially when I said I didnt expect for them to give me anything extra just the breasts I had paid for. So I can't understand why every time I come to any of Popeyes' locations some always goes wrong. But after this I am definitely not coming back to any of them. I came to the order carry out. The lady in the counter was in training, so I was understanding about it, we've all been there. So after over 5 minutes of trying to make a simple order it was done and I paid. Got my drinks and sat down to wait. One customer after another came and went with their order and after 10 min I decided to confront these clowns about my order before me. I was the only customer in the lobby when I made my order by the way. So apparently this lady charged my order but no one bothered to ring it in. Like I said, I've done this before and it is not a difficult job. You either need better trainers or stop hiring incompetent people. And then you're amazed that customers are angry when you can't do a simple job. Ridiculous. I wish I could give them a lower score then a 1. Get on the ball!
