Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Laredo

I ordered a medium pepperoni extra cheese. Pizza was dryyyyyy and for 17 dollars is crazy to me little cesars charges me $8 and change for a good quality pizza. I call and this lady answers saying there’s no manager available. I gave her my number she said there’s no order with that then said oh I called with a different number she said “ that’s why I’m telling you to give me a number” I’m like okay I’m already disappointed and you talk like to me this I’m like I’ll call tomorrow to speak to a manager. so I call again to make sure if she was telling the truth and this male answers oh yes we have a manager. Same voice same lady and she says I’m the assistant so I tell her wow and this is how you talk to customers and she was yelling saying I’m not giving you attitude this and that. I understand it’s almost closing time to their shift probably tired but we all work damm hard for our money so if I get something with no quality charged extra of course it will be upseting! Poor management skills off the bat because employees were not giving good customer service. Never...

This place is OK but NOT all the time .. We when here and the waitress took our order brought our drinks 15 most most mins later brought the order ( then ask us for the tip ) so we gave her the tip and asked for a refill after waiting for 5 mins and we were the only ones there ( it was around 4 pm ) I got up and ask hey where is our waitress the manger said she already left so I told the manger what do u mean who's gonna wait on our table now he said you all are still there yes she even ask us for her damm tip.. Needless to say the manger called her up in front of me..and gave my a card with a large family order of pasta and any size pizza of my choosing.. Fast forward 2 months later we went like around 6 pm the waitress ( another one ) messed up our order but when she gave us the to receipt to go pay she had add $10 for her tip to my total.. The manger said what was due I said no take off the damm $10 this girl messed up our order never came and asked us if we wanted refills I had to get up .. Still...

Manager on Pizza Hut Saunders Street Laredo, Tx Ms. Dolores Herrera has a great customer service and effective teamwork. I want to take a moment to command Ms. Herrera for her outstanding customer service during my visits. She is always very attentive and in good spirits, always with a smile. The staff is always working efficiently and seems motivated and in good spirits. Their effective management is the reason this location is always so well run. Ms. Herrera enjoys what she does and is very dedicated. The food is always hot and fresh, and the dining area is consistently clean. Ms. Herrera always walking around checking the guests.
