Was trying to get a Brócoli soup and chicken soup but broth of the ladies said they had to threw IT away because it was bad. They told me I could wait about 30mins for them to put in the new ones and I was ok with it. The look on there faces were just telling me they didn't want to do it. Then they told me that it was really frozen that it could take a while. They then looked at one another not wanting to do it and finally said, "Do you know how to cook the soup?" 1 STAR only, for bad customer service🙁......At 5:08pm today I walk in to this Subway, and wait a few min, since no one was there. Then after a min or 2 I said “Hello” loudly, so the lady that was cleaning in the back could her me. Her response was “un minuto” and I waited, only to hear she was still cleaning something...... I was in a bit of a rush, so I just left. Customer service is not what it used to be. I remember the days, when a customer needed help, You would drop what you’re doing and attended the customer......But as we can see those days are gone. I’m sure it’s not like this on ever...
