Whataburger — Restaurant in Laredo

I definitely love Whataburger!! I do!!! But not this location at all! The only reason sometimes stop by is because it is closes to home and work, but I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt and....... Every SINGLE time they seem to disappoint me. Not only myself my husband and mother as well. They can never get orders right, sometimes the food is not FRESH. My most recent experience was today - they couldn't keep the burger dry nor did they whatasize my meal. 2 weeks back they gave me the wrong salad after they had repeated my order various times back to me. The worst yet was when my husband wanted to surprise me with a meal after having a hard, long day. He paid for what was my favorite meal. He had to drive back three times to the location because they had got the order wrong so many times and even had given him an order from someone else. When we spoke to a manager through phone she stated she was there to help out from another location, due to the fact that they had so many complaints about the service and the wrong orders The service is pretty...

The Food is good, but i didnt realy enjoy eating my meal while supervisor was telling its employees to clean here and there. I get it its his iob to do that but if you are gonna make the only girl i saw cleaning the AC vents on her knees and cleaning every single vent groove with a napkin sux. Atleast get her a nice cleaning brush and have here clean it in a assigned spot not on the floor entrance. I like whattaburger alot my # 1 burger joint but please get these people sum good cleaning supplies, sorry whattaburger girl but if i was there i would have men doin those jobs, not u kneeling. But still i loved her smile and wished her a happy day and god bless her. She is a hard working employee the one that didn’t mind cleaning it, the rest of the girls with big smiles and at cleqning while also attending customers. Good job girls, supervisor focus on what cleaning supplies they need and have men do those hard jobs have common sense. I had a terrible experience with their customer service through drive-thru. Graciela is rude and her attitude was unacceptable. I was told to go to the outer lane (no issue for me) when she came to collect payment I gave her my phone so she could scan my reward app. She then proceeded to tell me she can’t process it through the outer lane, which I replied she could as long she scanned my phone first before processing my payment. She took my phone from me, rolled her eyes, and slammed the door behind her as she walked inside. She came out gave me my phone and took my credit card to process my payment and gave me attitude. I shouldn’t be surprised because customer service in Laredo is horrible all around. But I just expected more. I am definitely disappointed in the service provided...
