Tacos Express — Restaurant in Laredo

It's decent has it flaws ordered tacos de pastor the meat was dry like it was reused told the waiter and told us that's how they make it it's fresh 🤣🤣🤣 the TEA was rancid I understand that what ever food is left over reuse it but if it's been there for days just throw it away or I'm pretty sure there are a few dogs and cats running around there looking for something to eat. The sushi thumbs up it was delicious. We ordered 2 beers i think the refrigerator wasn't working or something because it was cold enough nor it wasn't to hot it was just moderate I drank it anyways. but over all the food was ok...

My dinner was ruined by a hair that I found on my mixed plate. I called the server and made him aware of the situation, he apologized and insisted in replacing my plate. The server asked for a new plate and the cooks took for ever, I loss my appetite. I approached the server told him to go ahead and charge me, and that I didn’t want my plate anymore. I left totally unsatisfied and will never return to this restaurant, the only good service was provided...
