After decade and some of being their client, they were very much happy to always put me in the end because when they first opened they were on market across the street from me. Today was the last straw, I went in to get my eyebrows done after a year or two because they always use me living close by as an excuse to put me in the end. Last year they had the audacity to make me wait again 3 hours for me to do my eyelashes done and kept putting other walk-ins in front of me. Im.an adult and have things to do now. I know they met me when I was a teen but that isn't an excuse to put me in the end. Today I walked in to give them one more chance. Then they acted as if they didn't know me. Then had the nerve to be like hey if you call me in a few I'll let you know when. This is what they did with the eyelashes last year and had me waiting three hours. They were trying to do it again with my eyebrows. How rude, after a decade and some to ve their customer. They lost a loyal customer and I honestly wouldn't go with them. They don't value...
