M-Th the place closes at 4pm. I made it in the door, just under the wire. Since, it's a local place, I noticed a group of 4 guys was let into the restaurant several minutes after closing. Nice, nice, nice!

I purchased a lb. of brisket with a link of sausage slices on the side. The choices were chopped or sliced. The sliced version didn't appear to have very much grease...nice. It was primarily, all meat & the slices, thick. They just serve it that way.

I stopped by Briskets & Beer Smokehouse today around 10:30 AM for a dine-in meal and was really impressed. I ordered the Brisket Quesadilla and a Barbacoa Taco—both were well-cooked, flavorful, and I didn’t need any extra seasoning at all. You could really taste the quality in every bite.

The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was nicely presented. The staff were friendly and on point, making the whole experience smooth.

At $4.39 each, the portions were generous and well worth the price. You definitely get your money’s worth here.

love this place. We get breakfast here at least 3 times a week. We love the spicy brisket a la Mexicana taco. It's a must try for anyone who eats here. Their lunch is super delicious too! Excellent BBQ. I love the brisket and sausage sandwich. Try the jalapeno smokers, they are stuffed with brisket and cream cheese. They are so, so good!
