Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Largo

This was me and my husband's first time at this Chipotle, and our LAST!! They were not busy at all. I SHOULD have followed my gut when I got to the order line, and walked back out the door! We both ordered the bowl to go, his was the beef and mine was the honey chicken. The brown rice container was just about empty she had to keep scraping what was left on the bottom and sides of the container (which between the two of us their wasn't much there may have been a half a spoonful left between us) i was thinking to myself why doesn't she just go get a fresh new hot, full containter of rice! Then I noticed as she was fixing my husband's bowl, I heard my husband say he would like black beans, then after he seen there was hardly any left in the container he decided to have the other kind. Then it was my turn, I asked her if the chicken was hot, she said yes it was, but she gave me a look like how dare you even ask! I asked because it looked like it had been sitting along time. So I took her word! Then I asked for black beans, but i thought she would have enough common sense to go get a new hot container and not scrape up the little bit that was left that couldnt even fill the spoon half so I asked her to give me a half a spoonful of the other beans that I didnt really want!! I wanted some of the greens but it looked old and wilted!! So I asked for shredded cheese sour cream and she asked if I wanted guacamole I said yes, but once again she had to scrap up the little bit that was left! Side note very not welcoming people, they looked like the living dead!! They couldn't even put a fake smile on their face!! They had 3 people working there the cook who by the way didnt seem to enthused about his job, the person doing dishes and the one girl putting together the orders who didnt seem to really care about her job one way or the other! Bottom line, my husband and I got home which is right down the street from there and we sat down to eat and the food, beans, rice and meat weren't even close to being warm!!! My husband and I both also had alot of fat in our meat we had to spit it out!! And I had a piece of chicken that tasted like it was bad!! I just spit my mouthful of food in a napkin!!! MY FATHER WHO WAS MEETING ME FOR A PARK PICNIC ORDERED THE EXACT SAME THING NOT KNOWING I WAS GETTING THE FOOD AND PAID $13 LESS FROM ANOTHER LOCATION?!? AND GOT WAAAAY MORE PORTION WISE AND THEY DIDN'T MESS HIS ORDER UP!!!!!!Compared it to my dad's who went to ulmerton n met us for a chipotle picnic as per usual, he had THREE TIMES THE PORTION SIZE!!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION The owner or whoever manages this location needs to pay attention to the reviews! My partner and I get Chipotle almost every Monday for the past 4-5 years, starting in St Pete then the Gulf to Bay location. Once this location opened closer to us, we started frequenting this one and at the beginning it was pretty good. But for the past couple months, the quality has got worse every single time with smaller scoops, staff that doesn’t understand basic things like giving the appropriate amount of guac or queso into a cup, or the lack of food prepared when they run out. The cherry on the top of the cake for us was about a week ago they were actually counting the amount of chicken they put into the bowls, which we got 5 small pieces (way less than a scoop) and even the person before us asked for more. They said they would need to charge for double protein. INSANE. Guac was disgusting, had no black beans, the corn was all cilantro with two kernels of corn in it, and all out of cheese.
