I purchased a refridgerator for my mother as a Mother's Day gift. There was a problem with the fridge and we called the repair man for 30 days. The entire time he gave excuses such as, "I have a fridge to swap it out with, I'll be there Wednesday, Thursday, Friday," and he never showed". Finally we find out that he's been lying to multiple clients and was fired. The owner took over and we are grateful to get this issue fixed. The owner also told us he would repair the fridge. What we needed fixed was "not under warranty" but he would fix it or replace it due to the hell we went through. It's now been 3 months since Mother's Day and the issue has not been fixed. The owner tells me I can go ahead and hire someone else to fix it after we waited several more weeks. We hear that he's working alone and we have to be patient AND that he's got 15 guys under him and he's busy. For Mother's Day I got my mom 3 months of pure stress and hell. She's been furious over this issue the entire time. So I'll be dropping some cash on a professional to come over and complete the job. Today was supposed to be the day I heard from him to get this replaced or repaired. I know things get difficult and there are other people to take care of but what's the point if your customers are not happy and promises not kept. I own a business and when something goes wrong I take the responsibility and don't put it off on my employees. That's why I make the big bucks, cause everything is ultimately my fault just like the credit is mine when things go well. That's what I get for trying to save a buck. Read moreI literally just left this store its now 3:30pm 11/1/18 I purchased a nice red n brown chair great right problem is it won't fit thru my son's room door we tried flipping it every way we even tried the window exhausted I call the store explained wat happened I know its not the store fault so I say "I don't want my money back I just want to exchange it for a smaller chair" the guy that answers the phone tells me "its nothing I can do for u once it leaves the store your on your own I cannot accept it" I say I understand that but I literally just left and it can't fit! He tells me "sorry we don't take anything back and if I give u another chair I'll be giving u 2 chairs then" ugh I don't want 2 chairs sir is their a supervisor or manager someone I can talk to "no everyone gone its just me u can try another day if u like" I usually not one to complain or write reviews on company website but when u spend $ that's hard to come by and u just want to buy something to lift ur kid spirit like a nice chair to fit n the corner of his room to make doing his homework comfortably he says instead of his bed that's all it wasn't much $40 now I'm out of $40 and a chair that I can't use n if ur wondering wat kind of chair its a cushion chair but doesn't recline best way to describe it! Read moreThe store has a good selection of well built furniture and decor items that were used in hotels. I would inspect what you buy thoroughly because there is NO refund/exchange allowed. My family bought a sleeper to be delivered. One was on display and several were lined up on their sides in the showroom. I was told they were all in great condition just like the one on display. Delivery had a $100 surcharge. It was not delivered on day promised without any communication from the store at all. In fact when I inquired in the afternoon about time frame as I sat at home waiting all day, I was treated very poorly. I had to take 2 days off work in order to accommodate their schedule. I tried to cancel the sale and was told they would leave the sofa at the front door. The sofa came with structural damage at the front bottom cosmetic piece of the pullout. We decided it is $500 wasted since the owner is not a reasonable person who has any integrity, nor one who would value customer service and not worth any more of our time. Salesman at store is very helpful. Delivery guys were respectful and professional. But they all answer to their boss.
