Starbucks — Restaurant in Largo

That's weird, he put 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. But I still gave a 3? so I'm finna level with yall. I really like this location, I will only recommend this once. Do not bother me about it (you may ask me if you see me, but don't bug me about a review). So the recommendation is as follows; " Make one single smoking station (No chairs, just the ash trey)". I do have the recommendation of where. I will suggest it be a duel station for both businesses at this location. Understand, yes, I am a smoker, people will keep flicking the cig buts etc. Please install one, in-between the two buisness. I would normally say on the side or something, but the line from the cars, make it where the smoke blows right into any car windows in line. So the only sensible place is out front, but then their isn't an ash tray, it leaves your patrons that DO smoke to put them out on the ground and either flick the buts or throw then in the trash, aswell depending on witch and if it's fully out? Could start a fire. I strongly recommend this for any "coffee shop" I think I'll always smoke with some coffee tbh, it's a vibe (I find a few patrons agree because the buts have to come from them puting them out befor coming inside). But I want to respect the area and other patrons, too. The way I feel about this review ? Is kinda like largo library, I want it to be a 5. Like really really badly, but I need this one thing changed. For largo library ? They do have not one, but two actually. But both are next to the doors, witch even I DONT like that. I'm not saying cater to smokers, but it's put all the buts on the ground in an ashe tray or send your employees out with a broom and dust pan to sweep them up. (I've worked at places where they've made me do the same) Just place an ash tray somewhere, please. I would go outside myself and pick all the cig buts up and put them in it. They're not even mine. I put mine in my pocket or pack. ( you would rather have one ash Trey with a sign saying "PLEASE PUT THEM IN HERE" and ban anyone who doesn't comply. Then not have one and it degrades the exterior of the SB, because SB has always had this clean enjoyable atmosphere. I would rathe it be some where else too but it WILL remain a issue if not adressed)I mean this review with the upmost respect. If yall fix this single issue, I have? I'll take a bunch of photos for yall and give yall the 5 I wanted to give yall. I've just been conflicted with the smoking station. My g-ma had Copd. I may smoke, but I take designated smokeing areas seriously. Just like I would never smoke inside my grandma's house, even a vape. But her porch still had an ash tray, ya feel me. Please, every gas station still sells cigarettes. Until they one day they discontinue cigarettes? I think you will always have a cig but issue. Much respect, have a great day. I'm not thrilled with the service here... I really only visit this one when I have to out of share convenience as it's on my route to and from work. however, if I have the time to go out of my way to go to a different Starbucks I will just for the reasons that I'm going to list now. I went to the drive-thru this morning ordered a hot chai tea latte with soy milk they repeated it back to me, I get up to the window they gave me an iced one (it's 34 degrees out!). I said I'm sorry this is wrong I asked for hot so they happily remake it for me that's not a problem... but when I get my new one it's scalding hot and it's watered down like they only had enough chai tea concentrate left for my iced and so to make up for it and get me out of the drive-thru they watered down the rest of the concentrate through some soy milk on top and sent me on my way. Usually any other Starbucks location says "oh well if you'd like to keep the messed up drink go ahead not a problem"... nope...this one takes the messed up drink back which, I should have just drank anyway because it was probably far better than the crappy remake I got...instead they give it away to somebody in the store who didn't pay for anything! I'm sorry but this is just wrong all the way around! If you have to open another concentrate to make a drink properly then you need to tell the customer that and I would have gladly pulled into a parking space and waited...not be given watered down garbage and pay top dollar for it and then on top of it give away the drink that I paid for to somebody else! I'm sorry this is just terrible service and it's almost always the case when I go here! I think I'm just going to start getting up earlier in the morning so that I can get to a different Starbucks location that's going to give me good service. I used to work for the company 10 years ago. From 2006-2008. Starbucks has certainly Declined. There staff claims that they "cannot make a specialty " drink unless it's on the Main menu. LIES!!! They can , but are programmed not to make these, unless you have the secret menu app. In which case this proves laziness.

When I worked for the company we used to go above and beyond and we had to just say yes policy. Which meant if your drink wasn't made correctly or you wanted a special to drink we would make it for you or figure out how to make it. The customer service was pretty decent at the time I worked for the company and I had better values, morals and more quality within staff. Although you do on occasion have the crappy staff members that I had to unfortunately work with. Nowadays it seems like all the baristas and managers hate their jobs and consistently seem unhappy.
