Terrible food, terrible service, terrible diner, and terrible wait time.

Ive come to this place many times and have ordered large orders for my family many times. I have NEVER had a good experience here. Only reason ive been as many times as i have is to order food for other people, mostly family, that all end up having the same review as me. They take a long time to attend to you and bring out your food, which is fine if thats the only issue. But the quality of food is awful. I've tried about half the menu at this point and am always disappointed, to the point of sometimes just throwing the whole thing away after the first bite. Basic things, eggs, bread, bacon, pancakes, biscuits & gravy... all basic food I wouldn't even feed to my dog. Often served cold. On top of that the service is horrendous. A few of the waitresses are just straight up rude and mean to some guests and they dont hide it. They will talk loudly about inappropriate political things and will take forever to attend to you when youre the only person in line. The kitchen is often messy and dirty, visible from the cash register, and the layout of the diner is cramped and clustered.

My final straw: I called in a pick up order one day. They said give us 15 mins. "Okay, thank you." 20 minutes later, when im almost to the restaurant, they call me back. Said the item I ordered is no longer on the menu. Sad because that was probably the only thing I would've enjoyed, but I was going there with someone else so I just changed my order to something else. Weird because they had asked me many questions about my food item like how I want it cooked and the sides, and what were they doing for that 20 mins?? Okay, whatever. While I tell the lady what order id like instead, she asked what side to go with it. I ask for garlic bread and she says "are you sure, there's already bread on the sandwhich." Like excuse me, did I stutter? Its a completely different type of bread. Worry about your own carb intake. I get to the restaurant, I'm the only one waiting, my partner stayed outside, still takes about 15 mins to get to me. Tell them I called in, my name. About 25 mins later I get the food. So around an hour since I called in. This was fast for them. While I was waiting, one of the rude waitresses asks me about my original order and asked if I was looking at an old menu. I said it was the same menu they've always had and its on Google. She said they changed it a couple months ago so that menu isn't updated. Great, mind you I had been waiting months to order that item since I hadn't had it before and now its suddenly no longer available. The food we got was some of the worst we've ever had. Wow... Bad food and worst service I've had in Sonoma County in years. It started off pleasant wanting to try a new place with decent reviews but spiraled slowly 40+mins slowly. Place was busy when we walked in, which was a gd sign, so we were seated outside, and it was lovely out, so it was no big deal. The young lady quickly took and served our drinks while we waited for our waitress an older lady. We both ordered plain dishes off the menu me ChFrSteak and her french toast eggs with cheese on top. While we waited for our orders, the restaurant cleared out to less than 50% and was now slow with some new customers coming in, and it was pushing 20 minutes, still no bug deal. Within 10+ mins, tho I started seeing plates landing on tables seated 10+mins after our order. So my wife got up an ask the young lady about our fd and she expressed concern and told our waitress who proceed to chuckle it off in earshot and turn and start chatting with fellow staff behind the counter the young lady apologized. Suspiciously, our food suddenly arrived after complaining, and we said nothing to our waitress who unprompted, instead of apologizing, blamed me for ordering the CFS and snarkily walked off. We immediately did the ol finger test, and the only hot thing on our plates was gravy. The CFS was a flavorless, unchewable beef patty. My hashbrashbrowns were cold and unseasoned, and my wife fd was cold and cheeseless. We stood up, only having a drank part of a tea and soda, and walked off. That SHOULD have been the end of it, but the joke waitress walked out and yelled sarcastically, "THANKS FOR COMING." I put my car in reverse, backed up to her outside tables, and in front of all of her tables let her know that we waited nearly an hour to be served cold food, be blamed, and have the order made improperly. Won't recommend or return. That young lady needs to go get a job at a better restaurant that deserves her and recognizes the good...

My family and i have been going here for years, always great food and service. but the last 2 times we have gone in the past month the cook forgot full meals off our order. So we have had people sitting and waiting 15min or longer for food when everyone else is eating. The last time they forgot my sons order and half my order and we went there for my sons birthday and he had nothing in front of him until everyone was almsot done with their food. Not sure whats going on but we will probably be looking for a new breakfast place. They werent even busy last time so it seems like the cook just doesn't care.
