Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Las Cruces

Drive thru was quick. But I paid for a big cheese burger and it was kinda expensive, when I opened it after I left it was the wrong Burger. I checked receipt and they charged me for the one I ordered. This one was small covered in onions and LOT of onion rings. Which made it look larger than it was, tiny piece of meat.

Let me tell ya, when I was young I hated all onions but as I matured I learned to like sauteed, cooked with something or stuff like onion rings. BOY, THAT WAS A VERY ONIONY BURGER. While eating what I was given, I just couldn't convince myself to eat anymore. I lost my appetite and the $8 food went to waste.

Depending on the direction you are going, this is very difficult to get to it. You can see it but the way I went I passed it because there wasn't a place to turn in. So after passing like 6 NO U TURN signs, I found a place to u turn so I could get back to it. And leaving is just about as bad. I can't remember having such a hard time to get a Jack in Box special burger and then I didn't even get my burger. I would have gone back to get the correct burger but it probably would have taken me 20 minutes to get back to Jack in Box.

So the morale of the story is AWAYS check your order before you leave.

How in the world can this person responding to my review going to make sure I get what I ordered. I just a bunch of bologna he's plowing up my back side. I used to love going here. The people who use to work there were super friendly until recently. Iv had multiple encounters now with staff. Even having an employee slam the drive through door in my face. Or having another employee make rude remarks to my partner simply for trying to pay. I get it its summer, its busy, and its hot (working fast food in general can be really soul sucking) but being rude to people won't make your day better it just makes someone elses day worse and you never know what someone else might be going through. If working in that environment makes you that miserable that you feel the need to lash out at costumers then its time to start finding a different job. Needless to say I wouldn't go there for a while until they hire some new staff or do something to cheer up the...

The Telshor location is usually very clean but last night it was a wreck. Every table was dirty, the trash can by the counter was stacked high with trash and bags, there were straw wrappers and trash all over the floor and on every table, the chairs were thrown around everywhere, and there was no ice in the soda machine. It did take about 15 minutes for two meals but their drive thru was busy so we understood. Me and another guest had to clean our own tables with napkins for a place to sit since every table had food and trash on them. The girl at the counter was very nice and polite I think they just needed extra help with cleaning the dining area. It was really hard not to look at all the messes around us while we waited for our order, I just hope the kitchen is cleaner than the...
