Breakfast sucks there any more. I'm not saying I had single bad experience, I'm saying over the last 3 years the breakfast at all burger kings has deteriorated to the point of SUCK. Hash Browns are greasy and soggy, no longer warm and crispy. Sausage is more cooked over the same fire broiler that the hamburger is. GROSS! Sausage is also bland, devoid of the standard sausage spices. Buns and Crosionts are consistently frozen in the center, and they have an odd cinnamon or nutmeg flavor. Coffee is very dark roasted and bitter. And those wishing for a refill, you have to beg either the Milinial whose busy texting or scrolling through tinder, or the Hispanic who understands NO ENGLISH (who then has to convince their coworker to go over and help you.) all for a small refill. Read moreService is generally pleasant and was fine on my visit this morning. I went in the lobby because I always seem to get a messed up order from this location. I continue to go back purely out of convenience. I checked over my order before I left and sure enough one of my sandwiches was not made correctly. They fixed this and I left. I also ordered the eggnormous burrito and did not unwrap it to verify the contents. My burrito only had bacon for meat and all the meat was on one end and the other end was all potato. Not the worst meal I've had but close. The only saving grace was the woman working the window and the register. Read moreLady at the drive thru today @ 1845 was completely rude to my wife. Had her waiting at the order speaker for 5 minutes and kept ignoring her when she would start speaking. Burger King lost 3 or so cars full of people to McDonalds (which is in the same parking lot because of this that were behind us, they just turned around and left). Then rolled her eyes and other disrespectful body language when we got to the 2nfld window. My wife was nothing but polite, and there is simply no reason in a customer service driven business to act like this towards pleasant, paying customers.
Everyone has a bad day, so if you see your employee is having a bad day simply remove them from the counter or drive thru and avoid this type...
