12:50pm today, 4 cars in line, waited longer than other places but thought ok it's just lunch.. All I wanted was a large fry, I wait and pull up and the window guy says after a couple minutes, "hey can you park and I'll bring it out to you". I've got my son in the car, so ok .. I pull forward, no where to park in front. After 5 minutes I'm worried he doesn't see me where I am parked near the street, so I move again now directly in front, I wait another 10 minutes. No one ever comes out. I go around drive through again, as I can't get out of the car with my son sleeping in the back. I tell them I want the large fry and a refund. The guy says ok pull forward, I wait in line with now 5 cars in front.. I get to the window and he says " I can either give you a refund, or you can pay for the fries" I told him that's not the way to keep customers, asked if he had a manager. I get the manager "Elissa" she says that's correct, no refund if you want the fries, or a refund NO Fries. I'm now at about 25 minutes of my time for these stupid fries. OK that's fine, I tell her I'm never coming here again, I'll make sure to tell everyone go to some other Jack in the Box, and I'd give a negative review. To Owner - Really was it worth it telling your managers to act like this? Do you think I'm working you over for a large fry? If you can't work your drive thru right I wonder what else is wrong with the food. Good Job! I'll be escalating this to regional as well. PASS on this Jack in the Box.
Response back to owner - So this Jack In The Box policy has no interest in making customers happy and to just offer refunds. As you can see the owner responded me to fill out the form. He didn't ask me to come in so he can make it right. Really, I don't see how anything else in this particular Jack In The Box could be running right with this owners position on service. Customer service is important at other locations, I'd advise anyone to just move on or go to Taco Bell next door.

Read moreI am giving them three stars because their service is so hit or miss. I work at a casino and I get off very late and I have been going there around 5 AM every day for the past week and I have had exceptional service except for yesterday and tonight. Yesterday whoever was working and told me that none of their machines worked and they cannot serve any food. Tonight I waited in line in the drive-through for 10 minutes and then drove around and saw a male employee trying to get in But was unable to because whoever was working at the time was not in the building. A homeless man outside had to inform me that there were two females working and that they had been in the back room together for a while now. Once the male employee was let in, I drove back around into the drive-through only to have a female employee told me that they cannot serve me unless I was paying cash because their entire system was down. I’m not sure if that is accurate or not but I think it’s really unprofessional of whoever was working tonight to be completely not available as there were many cars in front of me that were also Unattended too. Every time I’ve been there before that I have had amazing service and great quality food. I would love to go back but I am almost skeptical of them even being able to serve me at this point.
Updated: whoever is working today at 4:30am 5/6/2021 is the same employee who constantly tells me through the drive through the system was down. I can tell by her voice. It’s very frustrating because any other time this specific employee is not working, I get great fast service! I work late hours and this is the only 24hr place I can go to get food after a long shift! I will be contacting corporate! This employee is lazy and lies by blaming the “system being down” when it never is with anyone else is working....
Read moreMy family of 6 have lived in this neighborhood before this place opened up. It was great service then, friendly and clean. Now it’s the worst it’s been. It’s dirty, customer service forget it they all have an attitude especially the Manager, Anna, who worked on 7/17/25 at 6:30pm. So rude and severely lacking customer service. She gave me a whole lecture with a frown on her face that I cannot order from the window next time and proudly stated she’s the manager. How?! I added one additional item and there was absolutely no one in the drive through at all behind me. That was info she could’ve left out or at least say it with a smile instead of a pissed off face. When we got home our order was missing 2 things. I took the loss because the outcome would not be worth it if I went back up there. Sad that the neighborhood fast food has gone in the dumps by the employees and especially the manager that is managing it. Jack needs to be informed of the kind of management that they hire. The last thing that Anna did was slam the drive thru window at me with my 3 grandkids in the car.
