Read moreI want to report the awful experience I had at your Taco Bell Location on 6/25/22 at 1000 PM at: 3260 N Durango Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89129
I was met by an aggressive employee on the intercom, who I believe is the night manager, who sounded annoyed that I showed up for a large order. I pulled up to the window and was asked to pull to the front, and they will bring out the order. I waited for ten minutes and then called the TB number. I politely informed the same rude employee for that I had been waiting for my order for ten minutes. He then rudely told me I had only been waiting for seven minutes. I then added, but it said my order was ready at 943 (it is now 1006). He then, with an attitude, told me, and I quote, "I don't care what that thing says; I don't start cooking until you show up." I said okay, and he hung up the phone.
As I waited a few more minutes, the rude guy came out with my large order of two combo box meals and other tacos. I looked at the bag he handed me, and it was disheveled, with tacos falling out of the wrapping and the tortilla chips all over the bag. I asked where the boxes he walked away and told me it was all there. I then again requested I wanted the boxes and an extra bag(in this day and age of covid, we tried to keep things separate). He then told me AGAIN that it's all there. I told him again I paid for the combo meals I wanted the boxes and the bag. He told me they had none, which is incorrect, closed the door, locked it, and gave me a sarcastic wave.
I then called the number and asked for the employee's name. He refused to give it to me. (At this point, I admit, I was pretty angry). He refused. I again asked for his name, and he said, "XXXX XXXX" which is my name. He kept repeating that with the female employee he was with, laughing in the background.
Unfortunately, the online order I used my email, which I didn't realize, had my name. By the end of the conversation, the phone was cutting out, but I thought he referred to my weight and told me to calm down or you'll have a heart attack.
So, now this employee has my name, phone number, and credit card information. I also don't trust the food as well.
I am this close to calling my credit card company and reporting this employee and the purchase. Im also worried about employee retribution now that they have my information.
I fully admit I should have just not called to request the employee's name and kept my composure; I've just never had such an awful customer service...
Read moreCame here to get food at almost 2 am. Ordered a small Pepsi and 5 layer beefy burrito. There was two people at the window a white guy with long hair who told me they were backed up and an female next to him. He took my card and I asked if I could have the spicier of the sauces. He confirmed Diablo. He also stated it would be a while before I got my order but didn't give my card back. I had already been in line about 15 minutes as they were slow. So I sat at the window. He handed me my small Pepsi first... then after a few more minutes got my burrito and put Diablo sauce in there. I was done with my night so I asked for a straw and took off. Did not realize I left my card... woke up and at around 245 pm today looked for my card to get groceries and realized I left it here. Called and no one could find it but said they would check the second safe. So I came got here at 305 pm. I decided to check my bank after I let the shift manager know about my card. Two charges are pending one for 215 at Adam's Smoke shop down the street and one for 22.08 here at Taco Bell. Their employee took my card and used it... protocol is to get the receipt of the purchase made and put it under your register and if they don't come back put it in the safe. That wasn't the case, been here for an hour. They are still looking ay cameras and I have yet to hear from the manager. Don't trust anyone here... you're better off at a different location and double check your receipts and make sure you get...
