Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Terrible service at the Town Center location! I got there at 6:00 pm and stood in line for more than 5 minutes, 3 minutes were at the front of the line at the counter and no one even acknowledged me. They just called other people up to cash them out. When they finally made eye contact to receive my order they told me they were out of bread. Unbelievable! Then when I suggested they put a sign on the door to let people know the gentleman lied and said they had a sign on the door, which they didn't. I couldn't believe it. I should have listened to the other bad reviews. It was my first time there and it will be the last. I then placed an order online at a different location on Cheyenne. They had great customer service. They greeted me as soon as I entered and were very pleasant. I could tell they enjoyed...

So this is a funny place, but for freshness, consistency , variety and service it gets 5 stars from me. There is no atmosphere, although there are tables and chairs. It’s a bit like a bus station with really good food. Obviously, takeout is best! I go to the shop that is attached to 7-11, and that’s a little weird. But overall, though I wouldn’t call it dining especially if I had to eat there, I call it fresh, consistant. A pretty good value ( check out the free grilled cheese!). The “ Hot Bobbie” is like no other - it’s Thanksgiving on a sub sandwich roll! Hot or cold- it’s amazing! Go for it, don’t let appearances deter you. Grab some chips and a drink from 7-11 ( cheaper than buying theirs) and have a ball. You will not be hungry for a good long while! Out of all the sub shops around, for me, the food...

I can't even.... 1 Star goes to the Sandwich, everything else, zero stars. Not sure how Capriotti's has managed to stay in business for so long, it may be the inflated price of thier sandwiches in a deperate attempt to make up for lost revenue due to crumbling popularity and superior competition. The shop looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in quite sometime. The health district would have fun inspecting this place and would most likely shut it down. Eat at your own risk comes to mind. This was the first time I had tried this place and will definately be the last. Maybe I'll go back and take few pictures to drive this...
