Me and my fiance have been going here with our 8 year old blind little dog since this place open. We become so accustom that the staff were friends and we don't even have too look at the menu to know the we want to order. It was always a great time for us to be a family and look at the mountains and think on how great life was. I truly found in that simple moment joy and felt like i could breathe from the craziness of the world. So we went often as for my love also felt the same. But recently, we went to our favorite place like always and sat down with my little doggie calmly sleeping in my lap. But when the waitress went to greet us with her pleasant smile it soon faded into a discomfort look. Sadly she was heart broken to tell us that due to "A someone complaining upon dogs putting germs and cooties on the metal chairs out door that they no longer could allow pets in laps." But we still looked to be positive and tried to enjoy our meal. The whole time our kind server and even manager would apologies for the change. Unfortunately my little blind dog was over whelmed with all the movements, sounds, and unfamiliar area. So he started to panic. By the time my meal came out i couldn't even eat my food because i was like a mother instinct to respond to the discomfort of what i love. While my fiance ate, i was leaning over my chair to pet and sooth my doggie. I truly got so emotionally moved that i begin to cry. It is so sad how one persons negative outlook and words can impact others in a ripple effect so much. I don't understand, why a dog friendly patio that has birds pooping and pecking at the food on tables would be a big deal and not allow a little dog to touch the metal chairs because of dog cooties. If it truly is that much of a concern please just eat inside. We are now resorting to no longer going to our favorite breakfast get away. Not because of the wonderful food, amazing friendly staff, or area, but because we no longer can feel the same relaxing experience. We even tried going a few more times but the anxiety and discomfort still remains with the new rule. So now its parks and to-go foods for next time. May who ever complained please find peace in their soul so that no longer can they negatively...
Read moreThe waitress service is great, the check out and management service is 1 star so 3 is the average. My friends and I have been going to the Village Center Circle Egg Works for quite a while. I went there often enough that my wife gave me a gift card for Egg Works for Christmas. That didn't turn out so well because they changed their computer system around that time and couldn't process payment on the gift card they sold my wife at that location. The cashier had to get the manager to come up to get my bill paid with their card. But I persevered because the food and service were good. Eventually they could accept their gift card at the cashier but it was four or five months later. Then some time earlier this year they stopped accepting their coupons found on Fridays in the LVRJ if you had a senior breakfast, their was only one. That wasn't written on the ad (it now is) but I understood. Two weeks ago we went for breakfast and they had changed the menu and eliminated the fruit platter. That had included sliced fruit, a scoop of cottage cheese or yogurt, a muffin, coffee and a small juice. I asked the waitress why and she got the manager who told me it was either the chef or the owner who saw all the fruit being wasted and decided to change the offering claiming it was now less expensive. The price was in fact lower but it was now a bowl of cut up fruit, no juice and no coffee. If you add those two omitted items its a price increase and less fruit. Still we went back. I have often used their coupon for my friends and I to save $10 total which is what their add states. I get the electronic version of the LVRJ so I print out the page with their ad and bring that. Today they refused to accept the printed ad. I said you always have and they said not any more, only the ad cut out from the page in the newspaper. I accepted that but this is the last straw. My friends and I will no longer frequent this restaurant. We'll instead go to The Original Pancake House, IHOP, The Bagel Cafe or Siegel's Bagelmania when it opens in Boca Park. I've been the one suggesting this restaurant to my buddies which will not happen anymore,...

Egg Works, a family-owned local franchise, is beloved for its wide range of egg-centric brunch dishes and warm, down-to-earth atmosphere. Located in the bustling center of Summerlin, it’s no surprise that it draws a sizable crowd—even at 11 a.m. on a Friday, the place was lively with diners enjoying their late breakfasts and early lunches.
Atmosphere & Vibe
The restaurant features country-style wall murals that reflect its family-owned roots, giving the space a cozy, welcoming charm. Their emphasis on fresh, made-to-order food and friendly service is clear from the moment you walk in.
Menu & Food
The menu itself is styled like an old-fashioned newspaper, adding a nostalgic touch. It’s filled with an impressive variety of options, from Benedicts and breakfast classics to quesadillas, burritos, sandwiches, and burgers.
There are also ample DIY and healthy options. I opted for the Healthy Classic, swapping in grilled chicken breast instead of Canadian bacon or sausage. The chicken was crispy and well-cooked, pairing nicely with the over-easy eggs. I chose house salad over potatoes—it resembled a Caesar-style mix with a fresh veggie twist.
For bread, you can pick between toast or a banana muffin—the muffin was a standout: a touch sweet, moist, and had a nice creamy flavor that felt almost like dessert.
Pricing
Egg Works lists both cash and credit card prices, clearly noting the added fees for card transactions. While the food quality is excellent, the pricing does lean toward the expensive side, so it's worth considering before your visit.
The restaurant is marked as a pet-friendly one since customers can bring dogs with them to dine at the outside dining patio.
Final Thoughts
Egg Works offers a homey, quality brunch experience with a menu that can satisfy just about any craving. Despite the higher prices, the thoughtful service, well-prepared dishes, and comfortable setting make it a solid brunch choice in Summerlin—especially if you're...
