Yesterday, I experienced a distressing situation in your plaza when my car unexpectedly broke down. The temperature outside soared to a stifling 107 degrees, adding to the discomfort and urgency of the moment. As a cancer patient, I urgently needed access to restroom facilities. I had just shopped at Dollar Tree, and although their facilities were operational, I was denied access by the manager, despite the cashier’s willingness to assist. This denial felt particularly unkind and heightened my distress. Seeking help, I entered your store where I encountered Ryan. From the moment we spoke, Ryan demonstrated genuine empathy and professionalism. He promptly allowed me to use the restroom, recognizing the urgency of my situation and treated me with dignity and respect. Not only did Ryan grant me access, but he also went above and beyond by personally preparing a cold drink for me. His thoughtful gesture provided much-needed relief from the oppressive heat and made a world of difference during those challenging hours. I ended up waiting in the plaza for over four hours until my tow truck arrived. Though my groceries from Dollar Tree unfortunately spoiled during this time, my lasting memory is not one of disappointment, but of the extraordinary kindness Ryan showed me. Carl's Jr. (a.k.a. Hardee's) is my favorite place to grab a quick Burger and this specific location is the one most easily accessible to me. What I especially like about this burger provider is the fact that the menu regularly changes throughout the year - year after year.

Their television commercials have become somewhat less outlandish than they used to be, but are still quite enjoyable.

Unlike Burger King or McDonald's with their ever-present and no longer very innovative Whoppers and Big Macs, Carl's never stops introducing a new burger with a twist of one sort or another. The current novelty at the time of this review is the Memphis barbecue burger and the one that I stopped by to try.

Carl's also regularly has two-for-one coupons and other money saving offers available to one and all in the advertising inserts that accompany the Las Vegas Review-Journal. You can even sign up online to get their email offers.

Burger King issues coupons at a lesser frequency, McDonald's hardly has coupons at all anymore and I can't remember when Wendy's last had any coupons available - pretty much never. It must be against Wendy's policy to do so.

In any case if you need a quick burger or chicken sandwich fix, Carl's definitely will not disappoint while simultaneously keeping that coupon clipper inside you quite content as you save...

Do Not Go Here! There is something seriously wrong with the soda, the food, and the people. This was my THIRD attempt to just get a cheeseburger from this place with a Dr Pepper and they cannot get the order right. The soda tastes...off. Like chemicals. Ordering a double cheeseburger with only ketchup and receiving 2 stale rock hard buns with 1 pathetic looking gray patty....yeah that's a joke right? I'm not laughing but the staff sure was when I came inside and complained. Then the woman walks from the back to hand me the burger and says something snarky to me in Spanish thinking I don't understand. Then they're all laughing and pointing at me while I'm in my car in the parking lot about to leave. The cook even came over to the door to laugh and wave at me.
