Disappointed with my experience with Coffee, Tea & Empathy. I was super excited to try this place and when I finally got the chance to, the quiche and tea were good but the lady taking orders was very rude. When I stepped up to the counter to order, a woman (who I am assuming is one of the owners) asked to take my order, I asked for a matcha latte and she condescendingly proceeded to tell me that they are not Starbucks, that they were an Italian cafe and don’t serve Japanese tea. Okay…yet they sell matcha spongecakes? She could’ve simply said they don’t serve them there. Then when I looked up to scan the menu for other options she walked away and said she had lattes to make. You should probably treat people better if you want your business to do well....

These ladies were so friendly and the shop is beautiful. I stopped by a couple of days later on my return trip and tried their croissant. Yum!
