Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I ordered a grilled chicken salad and a chicken BLT salad and when I received my order there was two 1" strips of chicken in each salad I then asked the girls at the counter where was the chicken at the told me that that was they way they were supposed to be made then rudely asked what did I want then I told them more chicken when they brought it out I realized these girls had grilled one piece of chicken breast and sliced it like they do for salads but used that one piece for both salads never again will I go there and I will make sure I share what a horrible experience it was with family and friends I'll take my business to the dairy Queen on...

I love that this location feels right out of my childhood. Unfortunately that’s where the greatness ended. The employees were less than friendly and seemed more interested in the upcoming football game than I’m taking our order. They insisted that they didn’t have gravy for the chicken strips but i overheard them talking that they just didn’t want to make it. So sad. They also don’t have a restroom so know that before you try making a stop for food and a bathroom break while traveling. If you just want. Mr. Lesperance, What a shame that your counter help as well as your manager can't smile to their customers and thank them!! They need to remember that without the customers they would not have a job!! What happens if the customer has a dairy allergy to the cream gravy served with the chicken strips? Is the customer offered an alternative? Has your manager kept up with your inventory of all items needed for your restaurant? Be thankful for the business you have... It's because people are hungry, certainly not for your staff..because they are not what brings in...
