Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This location is horrible and so disrespectful. I ordered online and my order said it was delivered when it wasn’t I called the store to ask what was going on, first of all the employee was so rude, he said my order was delivered and I informed him I haven’t received it. He said “well the driver can take as long as he needs too” and “call back in twenty minutes if it hasn’t arrived. 20 minutes go by and i call and ask to talk to a manager. 3 employees answer the phone making me explain everything and wouldn’t connect me with a manager. Finally, they get the manager and she is very rude herself. She says it was delivered I again let her know it wasn’t and am confused to why are all the employees arguing with me about it when I still have to pay for it anyways. She then gives the phone to the driver who supposedly delivered my order and again, the manager handed the phone to yet another worker to argue to me it was delivered. You guys have the worst customer service and I’ve ordered here before and I will never again. I’m calling corporate as well. I never received my food. Location was 4515 E. Bonanza Rd, Las Vegas NV I had a promotional code for a free pizza that we received by mail My Wife attempted to order online but it wasn’t clear as to where to put the promotion code . After contacting the location they said to go ahead and put in our credit card number and promo code we were still charged the full amount we contact the manager at the Domino’s he said bring the promotional code coupon to the location I got to the location to pick up the order the manager wanted me to re-download the app and place the order again.. I replaced the order. By the time I downloaded the app and went through all the complicated questions 30 minutes later just to receive my free pizza. The pizza and chicken wings were extremely cold. I ordered a pizza using my points to make it free. I chose to have it delivered. I am literally the street behind the store. In so choosing to have it delivered im paying 5.95 plus tip. I tried to pay online while ordering, but the system wouldn't take it, kept getting an error message. So I chose pay cash on delivery. My pizza was made. Simple two topping. It sat at the store for over twenty minutes before the app informed me of my delivery time. And every two minutes my delivery time was changed to two minutes later.

Finally the driver pulls up. I gave him $10 in cash and brought my pizza inside. I open it up and not only was it cold. It was on thin crust when I ordered hand tossed.
