This is dedicated to the manager of the Dutty of the Sahara and the Highway border even though one goes to play and have fun most of the time the machines are broken when you order a drink in some shifts to entertain yourself and have a drink they do not bring you the drink, I know it is a matter of luck and you do not always win, I think that customers should receive better service since one is going to spend their money and sometimes the attendant has a bad manner and seems as if they are upset, today May 25 I went to check the bingo numbers and to top it off the television where they put the information is broken, in itself they should worry a little more about what is happening in this casino, it is a very unpleasant situation that makes the customer feel bad, and it is not just my comment it is also what the players there comment, hoping that everything improves and that they pay a little attention to...

I give this Dotty’s and their rude, judgemental and disrespectful, as well as inconsiderate staff ZERO STARS! They kicked out a mentally handicapped black male with a backpack because he wouldn’t put his backpack by the door because he was scared someone was going to steal it, my husband who was done gambling walked to the car and listened to how upset this gentleman was and the staff then proceeded to approach me, MADE ME CASH OUT AND THEN ACCUSED ALL THREE OF US OF SELLING DRUGS. This is the FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO INTO THIS DOTTYS. Especially since they DEMANDED MY ID after FORCING ME TO CASH OUT and kept yelling at my husband and I that they were calling the police on us. I went to gamble and enjoy my time and ended up with THE WORST STAFF I have ever encountered at a small establishment like this one. I do not recommend ANYONE visit this HORRID AND DREADFUL...

I was a little bummed out as well as shocked due to the night tender at this location having a problem with me having $2 in quarters exchanged for dollar bills to play which, I intended on playing in their machines anyways. Minus the slight inconvenience of having to walk back across the street to the Circle K to exchange the bills there, my overall experience was pleasant upon returning. I was even able to turn those 2 bills into a minor win on Cleopatra Keno!
