I had a really disappointing and borderline offensive experience here. We walked in got a mixed dozen. When we went to pay we saw they had "fresh pressed juice", the type that you put fruit into a juicer and juice comes out. The clerk instead of finishing our order stopped helping us and went to help a woman behind us. We waited for her to finish the woman's order. She ordered a juice and donut. The customer before also ordered a juice. Both those juice orders were orange in color. When the clerk came back to finish helping us I let her know I wanted the green juice. She took out the ingredients and instead of going to the juicer she went to the blender in the back and just blended a whole bunch of fruit and veggies together and gave that to me. It was a foamy mess as you can see in the picture. It wasn't juice it was just blended fruit and veggies. She told me that's how they do it and she just walked away. We walked out disappointed and upset and I decided I couldn't just let this go. I went back in to asked them about the drink. They were talking amongst themselves and laughing while looking at me out the corner of their eyes. I guess a supervisor or person in charge came over and she really tried to convince me that what they gave me was juice. It's was nothing but pulp, foam, and fiber. It wasn't even really cold. I pointed to the picture they have of their juices and it shows a clear cup of juice with a little layer of foam and pulp at the top. She actually pointed to the top layer of foam in the picture and tried to convince me that it is how it supposed to be. She walked away and started talking to her coworkers and another customer in Spanish while shaking her head. I asked her if I can just change it to a different juice and she kept trying to convince me what I had was juice. She didn't want to exchange it. She made up a policy on the spot and said if I wanted something else I would have to pay for half the cost.i asked her why was that such a big deal to just exchange it and she kept trying to tell me that they make their green juice in a blender. It was just a ridiculous situation. It was ridiculous that they were talking amongst themselves and laughing. She cut off our transaction and helped a woman behind us. She lied and said they make juice using a blender. No smoothies are made in blender. Cold pressed juice is made in a juicer. What I suspect happened was the customer before order a juice which was Orange in color, the customer after us ordered a similar juice. The clerk didn't want to clean the juicer so used the blender instead and charged me for a cup full of blended fruit and then told me it was juice. They really stood there for 10 minutes not admitting to the mistake and instead tried to convince me I was wrong for actually expected juice and not a cup full of foam and finely chopped produce. Look at the picture for confirmation. Juice is made in a juicer, smoothies are made in a blender. Juice is liquid, not foam.

If you’re craving classic donuts with a fresh, homemade vibe, Dulce Donuts is the spot! 🍩 I grabbed an iced coffee, a glazed donut, and a chocolate cake donut, and they did not disappoint. The glazed donut was soft, airy, and perfectly sweet, while the chocolate cake donut had that rich, slightly dense texture you want from a good old-fashioned donut. The iced coffee was smooth, clean, and refreshing—just the right balance to go with the donuts. The shop itself is simple, clean, and easy to get in and out of, with friendly staff and a relaxed vibe. Bright cases are full of colorful sprinkle donuts, maple bars, twists, and all the classics. It does get a little busy in the mornings, so be ready to wait a minute or two, but it’s worth it for the fresh selection. If you love a no-frills, genuinely good donut with a local vibe, Dulce Donuts is definitely worth a stop.

Disappointing Service Experience: Rude Night Worker

Review: I've frequented this establishment regularly, drawn in by its tempting array of treats. However, my recent encounters with the night worker have left me utterly disappointed. On multiple occasions, he has demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer service, showing a consistent attitude problem.

During my last visit, I inquired about cranberry-filled donuts, to which he curtly replied, "what you see is what I got," without even bothering to check or offer assistance. The lack of labeling only exacerbated the issue, leaving me feeling frustrated and unwelcome.

Moreover, when he finally returned to serve me after disappearing for a few minutes, his demeanor was rushed and impatient, further diminishing the overall experience. This isn't the first time I've encountered such behavior, and it's disheartening to see a place I once enjoyed slowly lose its charm due to poor customer service.

It's a shame that the management allows such behavior to persist, as it's driving loyal customers like myself away. Unless there's a drastic improvement in the quality of service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and I urge others to...

These are by far the BEST DONUTS IN TOWN! I absolutely love Dulce's Donuts! In a time where pinkbox is taking over in Vegas GO HERE INSTEAD. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is quaint, and the donuts are DELICIOUS. They are always making the donuts so everything is fresh and you can roll up at any time of the day because they are 24/7. Over a decade of going here... I've had donuts at 6am, 10am, 5pm, & 1am and they are always fresh, always friendly service, & down to earth. Skip the hyped "fancy" donuts in the valley and check out this local, family owned donut shop PLEASE! You will love the donuts. I have never tried anything else here because I'm too busy eating their donuts. LOL! But their sandwiches, juice & smoothies look fresh and yummy too! Plan ahead and bring cash to avoid a fee. You will get two free donuts with the purchase of a dozen. The prices are fair for what you get too. Most people grab whatever they are getting to go and take it home/work but there is some seating inside as well. Shop local! Go here! My personal fav is their mini-apple...
