Las Gorditas/Los Pinguinos — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Where to begin with this awful review. First off there were so many girls working. No one greeted anyone. Once they finally came, they wouldn’t even bring the drinks even a cup of water or even asked if you like water. When we asked for our drinks before food, they look puzzled why we asked.

Then one the waitresses thinks it’s OK to have her daughter sprawled sleeping on the seats in working business hours. This is beyond tacky and uncomfortable / super unprofessional. She was more concerned about her daughter.

None of these girls have any concern or care for anyone else around them, they literally let this whole entire family bring all of these coke zeros which you do not service on your MENU.

There were so many staff and nobody could handle any of the business. We waited such a long time for hard gorditas.

When I was checking out, I told the girl that I wanted this cash toward bill and then the rest on the card. Waitress didn’t even bother to ask again assume that this is her tip automatically, I had explained that she needed to refund this. And do it the way that I asked.

We asked for a manager magically there was none even in the building. Multiple people complained about how bad the service was. Some came in and didn’t even get served or greeted. They literally had to go find their own menus.

NO ONE should come back to this establishment until they can put competent staff that could actually care and want to do a job. Plus a decent wait time for your order. Awful food, awful new decor. When is it normal to have your daughter sprawled out in working hours at professional...

This place lacks of customer service my family and I walked in as first time customers we came to try it to see if all the fuzz was true about the food, mind you we walk in the employees see us walk in there was a family in front of us so we wait the employee walks away never acknowledged us she comes back still does not acknowledge us mind you 10 minutes have passed, this man walks in after us at this I’m thinking oh he has been waiting out side or something nope wrong he had just walked in a customer is the one that acknowledged us and let’s us know what the process is but at this time the employee walks up to the man and let’s him know how things work but still has not acknowledged us and you see all the other employees just staring at her but don’t say nothing to her like hey this family has been here before the man and at this point my husband is like where do we put our name down and mind you the girl has the paper at this point I just grab my family and leave this was the worst first time experience I have ever had they need to go over customer service with...
