Santa Fe Station Bingo Room — Local services in Las Vegas

I came here on my birthday to play bingo and I have come here for many years prior. When my family and I got the free drink voucher, no one at the front told us that we were not able to get the free drink after the game. After the game the bartender said that the bar was closed. She said that she came around to ask people for drink orders during the game (very rudely by the way), but she never came to our table to ask. I am very disappointed in the attitude and the lack of communication of when we were able to get the free drink with bingo. I told the ladies in the front that they should let people know when they buy the bingo cards that they have to get the drink before the game starts. Also the announcer of the bingo was annunciating very poorly, and we missed a lot of the calls, that is a slippery slope when dealing with someone's money and gambling. Not very pleased with this experience at all, don't think my family will be back there to play bingo...

Went to bingo for the 1pm session just so I would have my table for the 3pm session because of how high the cash ball was, I left the bingo hall to get food but then this line formed around the corner and security started to barricade the door, I walked up with my food letting them know I was going back to my table and the security guard said "No you aren't going anywhere, go to the back of the line" I told him I already had my ticket and my table and that I could show him if he let me in to get it and he gets in my face and tells me that I'm not going anywhere which started to make me cry and run away to tell a manager. I ended up missing my game because of how the security...

Only complaint is probs an age thing. They call too fast and im used to bingo halls showing the next number on video before they call it... but they don't do that here and im a vet bingo player since before there was an age restriction on bingo!!! It was hard to keep up and watch for odd patterned bingos the way they call the numbers. Had fun anyway but wish they did it the old school way and show the next number while calling the...
