BowlersMart Santa Fe Station Bowling Pro Shop — Local services in Las Vegas

To anyone reading reviews on this pro shop….take them for their word! I wish I had done more research before purchasing my ball a month ago and getting it drilled elsewhere in town. What a huge MISTAKE! I have been suffering with a sore thumb since “the others”drilled my ball incorrectly. I knew something was wrong and no matter how many times I took the ball back, they could not correct the issue. So I ordered a new ball but took it to Makenzie and Vince yesterday and OMG….what a WORLD of difference. Meaning, not only was my new ball drilled correctly (proper measurements) and to my satisfaction , Vince also offered to FIX (replaced the thumb slug with the correct drilling) my Ion Max. I went into the pro shop about an hour & ½ before closing, but was not rushed. Every question and concern I had was answered. Today I met two very amazing people, Sherry Eason and Vince Ortiz! I came into the Bowlers Mart with my friends in hopes to purchase a bowling ball, shoes and a rolling bag that would be suited for my needs of bowling. After explaining my special circumstances and restrictions that I have, Sherry’s professionalism kicked in and worked hard with me to help me find equipment that I could use. In talking with Vince, he assured me that he could drill the holes in the ball in a way that would be perfect for my circumstances. I was hesitant at first, as I wasn’t sure if I would be able to handle the ball. When my friends and I returned to the shop, I was amazed at how Vince and Sherry took my needs to heart, and worked hard to have this happy customer leave with product that will bring me great joy and fun! I came in to purchase a 14 pound ball. They did not carry the specific one in store, but they were able to order it with next day pick up. When I came in the next day I was told that the "distributer" sent them the wrong sized ball. Vince was very professional and apologetic when telling me that they had ordered the correct size and I could pick up the correct one tomorrow afternoon. Upon my arrival to the store again the black haired lady who had originally helped me order the ball rolled her eyes and rudely threw the ball onto the counter and muttered "Here's your ball," while walking away to the backroom.
