Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Las Vegas

First off while this was happening a manager was on her break,I'm assuming in the lobby which was closed off. Went in asked for the triple cheeseburger combo that they have advertised, also forgot to mention that once I walked in the door no one greeted me at all until the young lady came to take my order. When she finished taking the order come to find out she only charged for sandwiches she didn't charge for combos. When notified she seemed to be agitated and wanted to charge me separately for the combo which was not to my satisfaction. Anyone knows if you pay for a combo separately you end up paying more You don't save that much but you still saved by buying it within the combo. So by now she's really mad where she says fine okay I'll just give it to you she throws some fries in the bag without asking what type of fries barely asked what type of drink and sent out the door that was it ! No thank you, no have a nice day, no nothing. Got home fries were cold along with the burger. This was my second time giving them a chance never again. Very bad service very bad management not so great food at least at this particular establishment. It's a shame that you have to go across the street to McDonald's to get better service and I guess maybe...

I went here as a delivery driver, and it was horrible. I hope Jack reads this review. When I arrived, the place was empty, no customers, or employees. As I looked closer, I saw one employee hiding by the drive thru window, even though there were no customers on the drive thru either, and then found another employee hiding in the back. They both appeared to be too busy on their phones to notice I was there, so I decided to take some video in case Jack does read this I can show it to him. So, after being in the lobby for about 5 minutes, I simply said "Hello??", and finally got there attention. So, as I stated already, I was there as a delivery driver, and when I told the employee that I was there to pick up an order, she told me it was almost ready. Then she went to the back of the kitchen and had the other employee help her start the order. I think next time I go here to pick up a delivery, instead of getting their attention, I'll just call the company I deliver for and let them know I won't be able to complete the order as there are not any employees tending to the restaurant, or helping customers.

New had to change my 5 star review to reflect the current horrendous customer service at this location. Your female staff (Merriam and another Latin female) are extremely rude, disrespectful and lack any customer service skills whatsoever. Merrium just stared at my as I approached the counter, did not say hello, did not smile and said literally nothing. Not a “Hey someone will be with you shortly, not a hi welcome” literally NOTHING! The other female employee did the day. No acknowledgment whatsoever even though she looked right at me multiple times. I was just standing at your counter with every single employee completely ignoring me until finally a younger gentleman came over from the window and was very pleasant. Your female staff should be fired this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I’m pretty sure at least one of them was a supervisor. How does a national chain like this have people working for them that lack any ability to interact in a positive way with customers??
