Lola's Crepes — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Went in to the store to place 4 orders to go. When I got home my orders were wrong. I called them and told them what happened, the girl that answered listened to my complaint and asked me hold to see what happened and hung up on me, I called again and they hung up on me again. Called again and they wouldn’t answer my call. I went to the store since they wouldn’t pick up my calls, the owner started smiling when she saw me walk in the store, she knew why I was going back, I told her that I didn’t appreciate what they did by hanging up on me, the girl that answered my call lied to my face said she asked me to call later. Walked in and employees were snacking so I immediately felt unwelcome cause they seemed upset they had to serve me. The vibe was odd from the getgo. Everyone was pretty well silent and it was full out uncomfortable waiting as people appeared from a back room to help with a very easy order.

Husband ordered a 7.99 menu item full of Nutella, candy, chocolate, and a ton of stuff - and I got a plain crepe with strawberries and simple whipped cream and was charged $10! That doesn't make much sense.

If I could give a zero star I would, first the cashier just did not seem every welcoming of the bat, all co workers were just laughing having fun in the back, we waited SO long for two every cold/ soggy crepes, and on top of my bfs order not even being right, they handed my order to another customer who sat with my food for ten minutes!!
