Wingstop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I know this store is fairly new. Today was my first day trying it. Actually my daughter tried. We placed an online order & it told me that our order would be ready within 50 to 63 minutes after placing the order. Get you we placed the order @ 5:50p. We gave it extra time & arrived to the store at about 7:15/7:20. When we got there customers were standing outside of the store and the inside was completely full understandable that there was a promotion going on. When we got to the counter and asked the gentleman Cisco about her order he said let me check and it possibly could be a whole another hour before her food was there. So of course me as a mom I intervened and I asked him if he could take a look at the order and when he took her information and put it into the system he advises that someone had already picked up her order. When I asked how that could be because we are standing here and we were waiting for well over sometime to even be tended to that we have not picked up an order he said he didn't know but he would have them remake her order. It took about another 10-15 minutes but they did remake her order and we were able to leave. I bought food from here between 12am--1am through a Phone order for a 6pc-Combo Bone-in Hot Lemon flavor with Fries & a small cheese sauce; Everything looked like it came out Right & the Cashier was Really nice too; But after eating that Food, a few hours later my Stomach starting Hurting really bad & I threw Up more than Once too, NEVER had that Happen to me before from All the times I've at a Wingstop restaurant; Definitely need a REFUND & I will Not be Attending this Location late at Night...

Really bad service ordered online and pickup said it was ready in the time frame and when i got there they didnt even have the food preparing they told me to wait 15-20min and so i did i came back then they tell me its not ready yet "few" more minutes very slow service they also give your order to other people then assume your stealing for taking a order you havent even got in the first place BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY OFF YOU CARD THEY CHARGE...
