Ok where do I START!!!!! Went to Vegas on a girls trip and my friend had been DYINgGggg to go to this restaurant (personally I thought she was talking about LoLo’s chicken and waffles but hey) Outside looks nice inside very dated. We sat down and we were greeted by our waitress (who was very nice and patient). My friend ordered the catfish and grits with shrimp I ordered the same as well as a drink đŸčit was DELICIOUS! Ok now that we got the hood out of the way let’s start with the bad. I ordered crab dip and chips as well and babyyyyyy was it FISHY!! And the chip STALE but I was so drunk from that drink I ate every bit of it đŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł My other friend ordered fried catfish and a salmon creole which baby let me tell you the waitress hyped this dish up SOOOOoO much I was expecting Gordon Ramsey to come out the back with a Michelin star you hear me!? So this was suppose to be salmon on a bed of pasta with a creole sauce. My friend said she wanted rice but was indecisive so she said to put the rice on the side. đŸ«€đŸ«€đŸ«€(see photo and video) it looked like salmon on top of spaghetti with a side of rice on the same plate!! Salmon was SUPER FISHY and soft (like almost soggy if that’s even possible) creole sauce was DEFINITELY not giving creole AT ALL. One bite and she asked the waitress to take it back as it was horrible!! The waitress the. Asked if she would like for her to box it up for her so she could take it home 😳 mam HECK NO!!! She did not even offer her to switch it to something else! SMH we let our friend eat off our plate and she had her fried catfish so she didn’t trip. Here comes the bill she charged us for the salmon đŸ€ŠđŸŸâ€â™€ïž Why did she do that? Well she advised us her manager could not take it off because they gave us what we ordered. She then asked if we wanted her to box it up AGAIN!!!! Mam WHAT!?!? Why do u still have that food out!!! NO! We need to speak to a manager

I had to give the manager her own paragraph. She comes out ask what’s the problem ladies we proceeded to tell her what happen and the food quality was bad. She saidddddd “We gave you what you ordered it’s not our fault that you didn’t like it. Why should we have to be punished for you not liking what we clearly gave you!?” We all looked baffled because ain’t no wayyyy this is coming out of her mouth. We advised we are complaining about the QUALITY of what you gave us! It was horrible. Did u taste it it was clearly old! And the noodles were hard!!!! She said “I taste our food every day and I know it is good. We are a small business we can’t hand out food to everyone just because they didn’t like it!” My friend who is a manager of managers at a very well known company spoke up and advised her this is definitely not how managers conduct themselves especially in a restaurant. The manager snatched the receipt off the table leaned down and said biting her lips “I will take it off but don’t you EVER come back here again!!!” With that being said we paid cash EXACT CHANGE and walked out on the way out a customer asked us what happened we told them and they said “oh no they definitely should have not charged you”

Moral of the story if you go here u better not complain the manager is RUDE as HECK!!! And needs to be...

What an experience ! First of all I am TOTALLY embarrassed that I recommended and brought my Family to eat here from Out of Town ! Not to Mention on Father’s Day and the Service was TERRIBLE ! My Father in Law was so disgusted by the Service .

I recently dined at Lola's Restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was subpar. We had to wait for over 20 minutes just to be seated, even though we had a reservation and there were empty tables visible.

Once seated, we were ignored for another 15 minutes before a server finally came to take our drink orders. The drinks took forever to arrive, and when they did, they were incorrect. We pointed this out politely, but our server seemed indifferent and annoyed by our request to correct the order.

When it came to ordering food, the server was impatient and rude, making us feel rushed despite the long wait times. The food itself took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, and when it did, some dishes were cold and others were overcooked. We had to flag down the server multiple times just to get basic things like water refills and napkins.

Overall, the service at Lola's was disorganized and unprofessional. It felt like the staff didn't care about providing a good dining experience. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant meal out.

Our bill was over $350 and a 20% gratuity was included ! I am food service manager back home so Tipping is non negotiable, but 20% on TERRIBLE service is crazy . After all the Attitude and being ignored , half the food hitting the table and the rest not coming out for another 30 minutes just didn’t seem right . I asked to speak with a manager , hoping to at minimal get the tip percentage lowered to 10 or 15% and the “manager” TJ was sooo rude I couldn’t believe it ! You could tell she didn’t want to deal with or hear us from the moment she came out ! She was short and talking over my mother in law and flat out told her there was nothing she could do and turned around and walked away while my Mother in law was still talking . After this happened I asked our inattentive server Justin For his managers name at which he told me could not provide and that he would grab her again . When she came out this time TJ was aggressive and Extremely rude ! She said her name Was TJ and that’s all that I was could get . She told me any review or calling corporate would only result back to her . In all of my 10years of restaurant experience I’ve never been treated like this !

I manage an upscale sandwich shop in Brea, Ca . Las Vegas is the Hospitality Capital of the WORLD ! I grew up here . My Career started here . There is no way it’s accustomed to let your Guest leave u happy and unsatisfied! I would NEVER come here again ! I would never even want to contribute to a company who employs a Manager with such a short temper and no feeling or regards to her guests .

Shame on you TJ And Lola’s . I would never return to your...

While in Las Vegas this past weekend, my family and I decided to make a reservation and try Lola’s. We were seated and everything was great. My sister ordered a drink “Hurricane”. When she received her drink, she didn’t really care for it so she sent it back. Well Ms. Lola comes by our table and says “who ordered the Hurricane”? My sister said “I did”. She said “Tell me what you didn’t like about it so I can get some feedback”. My sister proceeded to tell her why she didn’t like the drink. Ms. Lola told her all about how they make the Hurricanes. She then asked my sister “so do you want it or not”. My sister politely said “No ma’am”. Ms. Lola walked away and didn’t say another word. Just so unprofessional. We then received our food (which was really good by the way). My daughter decided she wanted an appetizer that we previously ordered because it was so good. Well we never received the appetizer. As we waited countless minutes for our check. The waitress finally comes by and we ask her about the appetizer, she says “oh we took it off because you guys were not happy”. I asked her very nicely “who told you we were unhappy”? No one ever said we were unhappy, my sister didn’t like the drink and that was it! We didn’t complain about the food or anything. So how did you assume we were unhappy and canceled the appetizer? She then apologized and said she would give us the appetizer on her. My family was so upset and hurt by our visit because we really did enjoy the food. We’re entitled to our own opinion if we don’t like a certain thing and I think our entire table was punished and labeled as “Unhappy” when in fact that wasn’t the case. The waitress didn’t even bring our check back another waitress end up bringing it out in the end. It it weren’t for the customer service I would definitely visit this establishment again. So disappointed and very hurt. Please don’t treat your customers this way. You assumed something and...

Listen, I wanted to love Lola’s. I really did. I had high hopes, dreams even, of diving into a steamy, soul-warming bowl of gumbo, getting my carb fix with some blackened chicken Alfredo, jambalaya and finishing strong with that legendary banana foster bread pudding. First things first: I called ahead to place my order, but apparently, Lola’s customer service team was running on New Orleans time. I was on hold for six minutes. I stayed strong. I placed my order. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. Thirty-five minutes later, I finally had my food in hand. Now, the jambalaya? Absolute fire. Bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked rice, and just enough spice to keep things interesting. The blackened chicken Alfredo? Creamy, rich, and garlicky- just the way I like it. The banana foster bread pudding? Oh. My. God. Oh. My. God. Hands down one of the best desserts I have ever had. This thing was so good I had to sit down and have a moment of silence for all the desserts that came before it. My husband even fell asleep with a full and happy belly from the “itis.” And then, there was the gumbo. The $17 gumbo. The gumbo that I was so excited for and craving for. I opened my take out bag and saw that it wasn’t even three-quarters full. Look, I don’t mind paying for good food, but for that price, I expect at least a full bowl. While the gumbo was more than decent, it had more heat than flavor. It was missing that creole spice I’m used to. All in all, Lola’s takeout was mostly amazing—minus the missing quarter of my gumbo and the long wait times at 4 in the afternoon (so it wasn’t peak dining time either). Despite the hiccups, because the food was for the most part phenomenal, I definitely plan to go back but next time in person.

I recently dined at a Creole restaurant called "Lola’s” in Summerlin and I must say that it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, with the decor transporting me straight to Louisiana. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and their recommendations were spot on. Now, let's talk about the food. The Cajun dishes were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were bold and authentic. I started with the fried okra which was crispy and flavorful, and then moved on to the shrimp and grits, which was a perfect balance of spice and creaminess. The portions were generous, and I left feeling completely satisfied. To top it off, they had a great selection of drinks, including some delicious cocktails that paired perfectly with the food. Overall, I highly recommend "Lola’s" to anyone who is looking for an authentic Cajun dining experience with great food and atmosphere.
