McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This is THE worst location in Vegas, but unfortunately the busiest and my most convenient location. Time after time I have been forced to pay for extra sauces (no big deal), but multiple times they have given me ZERO sauces. I’ve tried contacting the franchise owner, but no response. I will give them credit that sometimes they give me the sauce I didn’t have to pay for, but forget the ones I pay for. I’m ready to start logging my visits because it’s already a problem.

Their mobile ordering AT THIS LOCATION ONLY is horrible. Half the time I order their app says everything is closed when at least their drive thru is 24 hours. It’s like they flip a switch to turn off their mobile orders because I drive to the next location, and everything runs smoothly with no hiccups. Tonight (2/17) I was turned away because they shut down their QP grills THREE HOURS BEFORE BREAKFAST. Either these people don’t want to work or well.. I don’t think the employees here want to work, and I don’t believe the franchise owner cares to make changes as this has been an ongoing issue for the better part of a year. And again, it is this location only as I can go to another location nearby and everything runs great. The franchise owner should lose...

This McDonald's on north Decatur is the worst! I have not gotten good service or a correct order yet! I keep going back because I figure it's going to get better, but it proves me wrong every time. I have done both drive-through and mobile orders. Last 2 mobile orders, I waited 20 minutes or more. I called the 1st time to see what was taking so long. This time, I waited longer (the guy next to me was there before me). They brought me out an order that was incorrect, then I waited another 10 minutes before both me and the guy next to me decided to park and go inside where we still waited. I spot checked my bag, had to ask for the apple juices for the 2 happy meals and bbq sauce. When I got home, the fries were cold, there was no cheese on the kids burger (but there were pickles and onions which I had checked none) and there were no toys in the happy meals. BTW, I got mine before the guy who was there before me. This is only the tip of the ice. This store constantly is out of things. They had no milk or chocolate milk. I'm guessing they were out of child cups because you couldn't order any soda or tea. There also were no plain buns. I will go out of my way now to go to the one on north 5th...

Came at 2am and probably just the crew but they were super slow. The lady who worked the drive thru was rude and seemed lazy. She was too worried about socializing than taking our money or giving us our drinks. We were the only ones in drive thru (probably because they said they could only accept cash at the moment and when we said that was ok they paused before responding making it seem like they didn't want to work and weren't happy with the fact that we did have cash, I watched other cars drive off and go to Del Taco right next door)and still had to wait for a while. Meanwhile all we hear is the lady from the window talking loud and cussing.. very unprofessional. When we finally got our food she was confused about our drinks while being rude and having an attitude, making us wait another 5 minutes for that. She didn't bother asking if we wanted any condiments. The fries were gross. They were cold and tasted old which is confusing considering we waited 15 minutes to even get our food... The burger wasn't bad. It wasn't very hot but at least warmer than the cold...
