I was scheduled for a interview at this location. I am a professional new to the Las Vegas area from LA and was scheduled to interview for the General Manager position. The instructions given by the appointment setter was to check in with an associate to let them know I've arrived for my 3:15 interview. Have a seat and the hiring manager would be with me for my interview. This was one of the worst experiences as a professional. I checked in with the associate. I communicated that I was there for a 3:15 interview. She immediately responded "were not hiring" I told her ok, but I am here for a scheduled interview at 3:15. She asked "did I apply online"? I told her yes, she turned around to speak with who I'm guessing was a supervisor. Then tuned back to me and said again "were not hiring". The energy at this location was so off. The young lady looked miserable to even be there. Noon had a smile on their faces. There was zero attempt to make my guest experience anything other than uncomfortable. I felt like I was a bother to be in there even asking any questions. I went to my vehicle and sat watching car after car being asked to pull forward and associate after associate bringing out guests food looking absolutely miserable. No high energy. Body language said it all from the multiple different team members that came out with guests food. What happened here at this location McDonald's??? Badda ba ba ba ba I'm loving it definitely isn't here at this location! This is sad. To see all the negative reviews on this location and obviously the owner is doing absolutely nothing about it is so sad! My last visit, looked as tho, they dropped my big mac from airplane. My burger was a total mess! The fries were still cold & no salt @ all on them. The fries had been dropped, into the oil not even for a fill minute or so. Very cold, no salt just nasty. The done in area, is ALWAYS A HOT MESS!!!! The employees, act as tho they don't want to be there. There's ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Employees very rude, one lady had the nerve to ask me "what you want" wth?! I couldn't believe that, rude, disrespectful, must be a Welfare Credit To Work Program! Hispanics seem to always mess up your order, almost always! Another pet peeve, the cashiers handle money cash/coins. Then they go in the back & help make the food without putting gloves on or washing their hands. Don't these employees realize touching money us one of the most dirtiest things? Then going to touch the food with gloves or washing their hands is not only disgusting but a health hazard as well! Read moreToday, I was in a rush and on a strict deadline. My friend and I were very hungry, so I mobile ordered at 12:25PM. When we got there at 12:40PM, they did not make my order, saying they did not see it. I asked if they could cancel it and refund me, and they said they couldn't because they did not complete the order ($20 worth of food). When I was able to visit again to ask for a refund, it was 4PM I was with my mother (I am a student), and the girl with dark hair and glasses said "one second" and went to the back. The manager came out, and started insulting me and calling me dumb and stupid, being insanely rude to me—pointing at me and raising her voice when I did not do anything, explaining how I just want my refund. She had me reload the app, saying that I am stupid and that the order was cancelled at 12PM when I first visited and how I was not charged (my card says I was definitely charged), then going on to say that it takes a few hours for the money to be refunded. However, in my email connected to the app, I only got the notification that my order was cancelled and refunded AFTER the girl went to the back (notice the notification times in yhe image). This place is filled with liars and thieves, who try to gaslight you to steal your money. I hope that manager and cashier are embarrassed of themselves for trying to steal from a student.
